Very welcoming! Host was attentive to our needs when we checked in. Location is great! Close to a lot of different things. Need to have more wash cloths. I could only find 2 or 3 for baths and showers. Loved the outside yard and fire pit.

Wonderful Stay in South Jordan

Our experience with this property was fantastic! It's in a great location, and we all fit comfortably the whole week. The host was very easy to communicate with and was always looking for ways to accommodate.

Worked great for our large group!

We had a great stay at the property. The location is super convenient to getting up to skiing, local amenities, and nearby attractions. We hit up the local hot spring as well. Communication was great and check out was a breeze (no extensive list of things to do upon checkout that is common among many vacation rentals).

Highly recommended, great house for large families

Our experience with this property was wonderful. We stayed a few years ago and wanted to definitely stay again. The new updates are terrific. Beautiful home and very comfortable. Clean, plenty of room, and well stocked especially the kitchen. Thank you Joseph for sharing your beautiful home.

Very happy

We had a good time! The house was clean, well stocked with everything we needed. We spent most of our time out and about, but it was nice to come back to a nice home.

Perfect Home Away From Home

A wonderful home to stay at. It was located in a great neighborhood, close to amenities. After a long day at work, we loved relaxing and winding down. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. The pictures on the website are exactly as the home is. The host was fantastic and provided us with wonderful suggestions and very responsive. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Great base for skiing in the Cottonwoods

The house was great for our group to use as the base for our Cottonwood skiing adventures. About 30 minutes to Snowbird and Alta and 45 minutes to Solitude and Brighton. Lots of beds made sleeping arraignments easy and comfortable and the common areas are large enough for everyone to relax comfortably.

Home Away From Home

We were in town to visit with family for a special occasion and used this home for my family and mothers for a couple nights. We were also able to entertain my siblings and a few friends who wanted to see us. The home well suited for our needs. Simple, straight forward, no unnecessary frills. Very comfortable, everything worked well, and we really enjoyed our stay.

I would not stay here again. Pretty much every surface had this kinda sticky residue. It was gross. The carpet is absolutely disgusting. The main floor sofa against the wall straight up smelled like poop. The floor in the closet next to the basement door was crazy sticky. The upstairs twin bedroom window wouldn’t shut all the way so the loud street noise came right in. There was what looked like black mold in the main floor shower. And the kitchen chairs were crazy uncomfortable; you had to sit on the wood part of the seat or else you sunk into a hole.We got the damage insurance and then also had to pay a pet fee which seemed redundant and like we were being double charged. The beds ranged from so soft they were almost lumpy to super hard and the twin beds made noises every time you moved on them.It doesn’t say in the room description, but the basement twin beds situation is that you have to walk through one room to get to the other. Would be good to note.You should also know it is the corner house on a busy street.I will say that the kitchen was stocked really well and the driveway was extra wide which was nice. Also, I thought the welcome message from the owner was super informative about the area including places to eat.

Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Property is exactly as described. The owner is great, quick in response ,and very accommodating. This is home was perfect for our large family. The back yard is secure and great for kids and pets. Check in/ out was simple and quick. This home is very comfortable and everything worked well . It’s a great home for large families. The dining table was terrific for family dinners. Thank you for sharif your home with us. We hope to rent again soon .

Family Wedding

Your home was perfect for our family! We had so much space to gather and prepare for our daughter's wedding. The bedrooms were comfortable and well supplied with pillows and blankets. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen along with staples in the cabinets. Thank you for your quick responses to our questions before and during the stay. I highly recommend your home for a family needing lots of space! Thank you also for the Christmas decorations. What a nice added touch!

The location is very loud—both the location of being near a busy street and in the house. If the water is on it is Loud for people in the home.

Excellent place to stay with a big group

Lovely home close to all the mountains. Great for a big group. We had three families and each family had a bathroom. Just wish there was a bathroom downstairs but otherwise was great. Flagging that the shower temps get funny when more that one person is showering at a time. I think the cleaners could do a slightly better job of getting the dust out of the ceiling fans and some of the high ceiling areas that you can see from the stairs. I think they could be more stocked in the kitchen with bowls, plates and cook wear. But otherwise great place! Thanks again!
