Bellissimo condominio ristrutturato

Il nostro appartamento / appartamento è completamente arredato e attrezzato secondo uno standard molto alto, offrendo comfort e convenienza. Recentemente è stato rinnovato con pavimenti in legno installati in tutto, oltre a tutti i nuovi mobili e nuovi elettrodomestici e. g. Televisore al plasma a schermo piatto da 42 pollici, forno piano cottura, lavastoviglie e microonde. E 'completamente climatizzato e riscaldato, con ventilatori a pale sul soffitto nel salone e camera da letto per ulteriore circolazione. TV via cavo a colori multicanale, DVD, telefono e Wi-Fi sono tutti forniti. The Lounge ha un soffitto a volta meraviglioso che aggiunge alla sensazione di spazi di questa proprietà di 1100 piedi quadrati.

L'ampia cucina / sala colazione è ben attrezzata con gli elettrodomestici più recenti che consentono di avere un servizio completo di ristorazione. Questi includono un forno elettrico full size, autopulente, forno a microonde, grande frigorifero / congelatore, lavastoviglie, doppio lavello con smaltimento rifiuti, macchina da caffè e tostapane, aspirapolvere, telefono, radiosveglia e asciugacapelli. Forniture ampie di posate, porcellane, cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani (sia a mano che in bagno). Sono inclusi anche una lavatrice automatica, un'asciugatrice, un ferro e un'asse da stiro.

Il condominio ha due camere matrimoniali e una doppia, che è ampio spazio per un massimo di 6 persone. La camera da letto principale ha un bagno privato, televisione via cavo con telecomando e una cabina armadio. C'è un bagno separato per le restanti due camere da letto. Per i bambini piccoli è fornita una culla. Tutte le camere hanno un ampio armadio e spazio di archiviazione.

Il nostro condominio si trova presso lo Sweetwater Club su Siesta Lago Drive appena fuori dalla US192 e ideale per tutte le principali attrazioni (Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Sea World, Universal Island of Adventure, Disney Animal Kingdom ecc.) . Le principali porte di Disney World sono raggiungibili in 5 minuti con le attrazioni più lontane essendo gli Universal Studios a soli 20 minuti di distanza. Sweetwater Club è a 25 minuti dall'aeroporto internazionale di Orlando e il viaggio è molto semplice.

Excellent accommodation. The property was clean and very spacious. We were 6 adults - we had no sufficient space. The location was very good. The kitchen needed more large pots and pans and property needs some updates. We were very pleased with our stay.

Great spot, with a fantastic host!

What an absolute pleasure it was staying here. Frank, the owner was wonderful checking if we needed anything, asking if he could help. Making sure that we were comfortable. The location is perfect, close to everything!!

Great Location

This was a convenient location for our trip to Orlando. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner was very communicative. The pool is only a small walk across the compex and very convenient to use. I enjoyed being on the top condo and the stairs are not bad.

Wonderful Wonderful Property!!!

We had a ball, everything was clean, Disney was close by so we had no trouble getting to the parks. The pool area was great for the kids to enjoy… And Frank was an awesome host, we’ll be back again ☺️

Family vacation

This property was in a great location. A quick drive to Universal, but far enough away to be relaxing. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The property owner is a delight and incredibly easy to communicate and deal with.

Great location

It was very comfortable and homey. Rooms were nice size so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Pool was nice and clean. Great location to all the parks which is why we went in the first place! Very affordable also. We will definitely stay again when we need to stay in this area!

Perfect location. Wonderful condo. Everything you need. Close to Disney and Universal. Nice quiet communal pool. Quiet area. Great links. Loads of shops and eateries nearby. The best host and owner. Nothing too much to ask. Couldn't recommend higher.

Exceptional place to stay. Extremely clean and plenty of space for my party of 6. Well appointed condo which didn’t need to be improved in any way. Close to parks, museums and loads of eateries. Loved my stay and would definately stay again.

Would Stay Again

The location was a short drive to Walt Disney World which was of the reasons why we chose the condo. The pool is close to the home which is a plus. Some things need to be updated and changed but the condo itself was clean and a great size for my family. I would definitely stay here again.

Christmas holiday

We have just returned from 18 nights at Franks condo and had a lovely stay. Everything was great. good location, everything you would need for your stay was provided. Frank was a pleasure to deal with definitely going above and beyond to make sure the stay was perfect with brilliant communication. We have stayed in this area many times and would 100% stay here again.

Great place to stay with family!

My family and i stayed in aug. It was a great condo! Clean! Full of amenities and close to EVERYTHING! , with just enough distance to get away from the craziness and relax! Definitely will be visiting again! Also frank was awesome to work with!

All issues were rectified in a timely manner. Molded shower curtain we called and it was replace. There were small ants in kitchen.

Very spacious!

The property manager did not contact us about check-in info until less than 24 hours before we were to arrive even though we had been told we would get info one week prior to arrival. We also had some trouble with the door lock. The living area is extremely spacious.

Thank you Debbie Just for clarity, the local management company was late in passing on the secure door code but you did have it before arrival. I always remain in contact with all guests to deal with any such problems and I would have shared the owners code if for some reason the management company failed in its responsibilities. Highly recommend

Perfect location, easy access to the parks. Frank (owner) was attentive and keen that we enjoyed our stay. Hayley (local contact) was quick to respond and offered lots of local knowledge. Fantastic Home

We live in Ireland and travel to Florida as often as possible but at least twice a year. We found and fell in love with Sweetwater Club in the mid 1990's and purchased in 1999 . We find Sweetwater an ideal location for anything one would wish to do in central Florida , be it trips to all the wonderful Theme Parks , fabulous golfing or indeed the fantastic shopping ! We did a wonderful job of renovating our Unit and are very proud of the work undertaken . It has been called the nicest unit in Sweetwater .We hope you like it too .

We chose this location to buy in central Florida having spent some time considering all options . Sweetwater is wonderfully located for Disney and all the major Theme Parks but also close to all the Outlet Malls and a large numbers of fabulous Golf Courses . In this regard it ticked all the boxes for us and our friends and family and we have spent many holidays enjoying the sun , shops , worlds and golf . Perfect !
We have a wonderful local Management Company who liaise with our guests before , during and after their visit and are always available to help in any way that you might need.
Our primary concern is always to ensure that our guests have a wonderful time and fully enjoy all the home comforts of our lovely condo.

All the benefits of Central Florida abound . The Parks , the Outlet Malls plus the many Bars and Restaurants. We have a special interest in the many ,many Golf Courses in the vicinity . We have tried them all ( and mostly failed !) so if you need any recommendations, just let us know .
