Access to the gondola at 800m by the free shuttle bus located at the bottom of the house. Proximity (300m) to the TMB station (Mont Blanc tramway), cogwheel train to access the Col de Voza or to go to the eagle's nest (in summer) for a beautiful hike, or even for the more experienced to start the ascent of Mont Blanc.
The thermal baths of Saint Gervais (completely renovated in July 2018) are a 5-minute drive away and are also accessible by the free shuttle bus or the TMB. Some half-days are reserved for parents with young children :)
Saint Gervais les bains is a charming village resort open all year round. It offers many activities in winter and summer:

Depending on the time of year you come there is also a festival of laughter and humour every year in March, painters' exhibitions, gastronomic competitions, a music festival usually on the 1st weekend of July and all kinds of entertainment offered by the tourist office of Saint Gervais.

Saint Gervais is very well served: 5/6 km from the A40 motorway exit. In winter, on certain days the TGV is direct from Paris to Saint Gervais (le Fayet) and Geneva airport is 1 hour away
