Ride the elevator up to watch the waves crash from this 3 bedroom 2 bath 4th floor condo. This fully updated condo in a PRIME Emerald Isle location offers large flat screened TV's in every bedroom and Livingroom. , with built in gaming port in 3rd bedroom. You can see the waves from the Living Room, Master Bedroom Suite (with king-size bed,) Dining Table, Kitchen and 3rd Bedroom. All bedrooms have spacious closets. Kitchen has new granite countertops and cabinets. Condo comes with access to two swimming pools (between Memorial Day and Labor Day,) two tennis courts and a pickle ball court. Walking distance to pier, restaurants, bars, grocery store and walking/bike path. Location, location, location! Unit also includes Spectrum cable TV and high speed WiFi. Community is gated with key card access and front door access is via a smart lock with a unique code for east guest’s stay. Front door also includes a Ring doorbell with outside camera in case of an accidental lockout.

This condo was perfect. The location is great, we could walk to restaurants, stores and mini golf etc. the views of the beach from the condo are stunning! Watching the ocean from the balcony was the perfect way to enjoy a morning coffee. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and a great space to relax and enjoy a vacation. I also appreciated the well stocked kitchen which provided everything I needed to cook a meal when we wanted. We would absolutely pick this place to stay again! The communication with the host was also fantastic

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Emerald Isle! The ocean views and beautiful sunrises were a definite highlight. The condo was overall clean, had great beach access, and offered two pools. The larger pool was the one closest to the condo, which made it especially convenient.The kitchen was well equipped with all the cooking utensils and appliances we needed, and the towels were clean. The owner was also very responsive and easy to communicate with.One thing to note: the air filter was extremely dirty and could use servicing/replacement. Also, be sure to bring your own beach chairs and beach supplies, as none are provided.Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely enjoy returning! Would recommend!

Beautiful condo with convenient access to the beach & pool. The beach wasn’t crowded & there were shops & restaurants within a five minute drive. Everything you need at condo & a nice view of the beach from the balcony & bedroom. One small issue the owner took care of quickly. So many shells on the beach & ice cream shops nearby for the kids. Wonderful trip!

We LOVE this spot for family vacation! This beautiful property boasts an amazing view of the sunrise and sunset and offers lots of fun extras such as swimming, tennis/ pickle ball and basketball!

Great place to stay! The place was clean and had amazing views from almost every window. Was convient to grocery stores, restaurants, and activities. Beach access was easily accessable and was not over crowded. We will rent again.

The condo was fantastic, it was fully equipped with kitchen items and all of the linens you may need. The views were spectacular from sunrises to sunsets. The ease of checking in and checking out was seamless. The owner was great to work with and very responsive to our needs. This condo is a keeper and will definitely be used by us again.

Craig was a great host. He was very responsive. The amenities were excellent. The view and proximity to the ocean was better than expected. We were looking for a quiet laid back type of experience and that's exactly what we got. We couldn't have asked for a better Fall Break beach trip. Thanks Craig.

Enjoyed a few days tween Xmas and New Years at this very clean, updated property. Host Craig provided excellent and clear communication. Checkin and out super easy. Would definitely repeat staying here.
