New 4-star chalet - sleeps 6 - at the base of the slopes

The “Bisolet” is a chalet that was completely renovated in October 2020 in La Clusaz, ideally located at the foot of the slopes: in winter, you can ski right to the lifts (about 50 meters away)! From this mountain range, you can access all the other mountain ranges in La Clusaz: over 125 km of slopes (210 km including the Aravis ski area, with 85 runs), and a snowpark; Other extraordinary features: the lift ticket office right at the chalet’s doorstep, as well as ESF group and private lessons, and a green run leading down to the village and its shops.
The chalet features a garden with a terrace and a beautiful river right nearby. In the summer, every imaginable activity is available in La Clusaz; After a day of strenuous hiking, exploring, or swimming in Lake Annecy—just 40 minutes from La Clusaz—you can relax in the garden or in the spacious living area, where nature is visible from every angle.
This chalet, with no direct neighbors, is located in the beautiful Etale mountain range, in a particularly peaceful setting, with a panoramic view of the mountains, offering a unique sense of serenity.

3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people:
On the first floor: an entryway with a closet and an electric shoe/glove dryer.
2 separate bedrooms, each with a floor-to-ceiling window and access to an outdoor terrace with a mountain view, 1 double bed (140) in each, and large closets with hanging space; 1 bathroom with a towel warmer, shower, and toilet, plus a washer and dryer...

On the 1st floor: a large, bright 45 m² open-concept living area with mountain views, including a living room, a stove for heating, a large open kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher—fondue and raclette set), dining area with 2 high tables (these can be pushed together to create a large table seating 8–10 people).

On the 2nd floor: a large, bright, cozy attic space converted from the loft with mountain views, 4 single beds (80) (can be pushed together to form 2 double beds (160)), and a bathroom with a tub and toilet—an ideal gathering and relaxation spot for both children and teenagers (flat-screen TV with Wi-Fi)

Private parking:
Right outside the chalet, you’ll find a private parking area for 2 cars (uncovered) plus a large free parking lot less than 30 meters away if needed.
