The Cottage: The main cottage is entirely yours to enjoy. Please note there is a detached garage on the property; the owner occasionally stays in the private loft above it but will completely respect your space.

Interiors Sunset Heights is designed for comfort, featuring three bedrooms and two and a half washrooms.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 6)
Master Suite (Main Floor): King bed with a full view of the bay. The ensuite includes a walk-in shower with a separate toilet and vanity.
Upper Bedroom 1: Double bed with a full view of the bay.
Upper Bedroom 2: Double bed, which also doubles as a versatile workout room with large windows to capture the morning sun.
Fully Equipped Kitchen, Prepare gourmet meals with ease in the full kitchen, complete with modern appliances: Full-sized Fridge, Freezer, Stove, and Oven, Dishwasher and Microwave, Bonus Bar Fridge.
The half washroom (toilet and sink) is conveniently located just off the kitchen.

Front Deck: A large, inviting space nestled among the trees with plenty of seating under umbrellas—choose your perfect spot for sun or shade.
Back Deck: Features a barbecue (propane included) and an outdoor dining table for al fresco meals.
Waterfront Fun (Gear Provided!)Take out the kayak or canoe to paddle around and explore the vibrant aquatic life. Life jackets are provided.Plan a quick day trip! Moon Island is located just across the bay and offers a wooden pavilion, picnic tables, and restroom facilities for a lovely picnic destination.
Host Presence & Privacy
We value your peace and quiet. The main cottage, backyard, beach, and decks are completely private to your family. The owner occasionally stays in the completely separate loft located above the detached garage during weekdays. If on-site, they are happy to assist with any questions but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your absolute privacy.
