Our newly renovated 2003 sq. ft. spacious condo features 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms all with tub/shower combo with removable shower heads. Our condo features free wifi and premium cable TV. When you stay with us you will also have a personal, private front door access code for your safety. The view from the large balcony is a beautiful and peaceful lake view, with ocean views to the side. The ocean is steps away with several walkover options. Our community offers 2 large heated pools, one is a quiet adults only pool with ocean views and the other is a lakeside family pool equipped with a beach entry, a baby pool, and a super fun kids splash zone park. At the community pools you will also find an adults game lounge with large tables, pool tables, tv, and couches to relax. Your kids will have a blast in the kids game room playing foosball, air hockey, or playing with the games provided in the room. Want to workout on your vacation? You can work up a sweat in the fully equipped gym located by the lakeside pool. While you enjoy these amenities, stop by the Cinnamon Beach Grill and relax with one of the many cocktails offered, or a delicious lunch. Conveniently located 10 minutes from Flagler Beach and 25 minutes from Historic St. Augustine. Couples Retreat

We went to Cinnamon Beach to see how we liked Florida in the wintertime. The rental was convenient to the beach and local attractions. We enjoyed the bike trails and local eateries. Our stay was memorable, relaxing, and fun!

This is a beautiful condo with every amenity available. The host gave very detailed instructions for our stay with suggestions for local restaurants. This is a very clean and well maintained property. Excellent resort for families and the beach is not crowded. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful Place/ Spacious

This unit is super spacious for a large family. and it overlooks the water on the backside where the balcony is. The place was super clean and very comfortable. It had all the amenities. We had a great time here and it’s a super short walk over to the beach. We love cinnamon beach. You won’t be disappointed if you book it!

Always a great place to vacation

Cinnamon Beach was great, as it usually is. Much less rocky and a lot more sand than last year. Condo was great as well, could use a refresh and newer furniture, but it was clean and functional. It’s really nice to be able to see the ocean and surf from the windows and balcony, the view is limited, but still good!

Nice Family Beach Trip

The condo is very spacious with an open concept. Great porch with a nice lake view. Watch a beach sunrise from the kitchen table with a cup of coffee. The condo and area is very family friendly. The host responds promptly to any questions. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for an enjoyable week!

Family Vacation

This was our yearly summer vacation and we had a great time! The condo was just as described, if not better. Was disappointed in the beach and how rocky it was, not good for boogie boarding which is what the kids wanted to do (but that is no fault of the owners ). Luckily we found Cresent Beach not too far away which was great for that. Also wished the pool would have stayed open later than 8:00 p.m. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Great Comfortable Beach Condo

We’ve stayed in this neighborhood every year since 2021- and this is the first time we have stayed in this condo. It was a corner unit, so it was much bigger than the last one we’ve stayed in. Communication with the owner was great, she was very helpful and very responsive. Condo had everything our family of four could need, and it was great to come back to at night after a long day on the beach and an extremely long day in Orlando. 10/10, would book this condo again. There was room for about 8 people - twice what we had! There was more than enough room.

Very nice. There were just a few, very minor maintenance issues. I left a note for the cleaning crew. Hopefully they will handle or at least notify the owner

We came back again. We love this place

We are returning guests. The place is spotless. I have been to many vacation rentals and this is my favorite place to stay. It has everything we needed including a crib. Even quick communication is top notch. We have no complaints. I want to add that they added 2 fancy bunk beds in the kids room. It’s the kind that has steps with drawers to walk up to the top. One is a regular twin on top and bottom and the other has a twin on top and a full size bed on the bottom. Last year when we went there were 2 twin beds so we were pleasantly surprised with this wonderfully upgrade to bunk beds. It’s a really nice place to stay.

Beautiful condo with a view of the lake and ocean. Easy walk to the beach and not very crowded. Lots of room in the condo for our family vacation. I think everyone agreed that this was the best one we have stayed in and we plan to return.
