Welcome to your vacation get-a-way just steps from Ocean City's famous beach. Our clean 2nd floor ocean block condo is located directly across from the Ocean City Convention Center. You won't have to drive or cross any busy streets to enjoy the sandy beach and ocean waves.

Let your stresses drift away in our renovated 2nd floor walk up condo with modern amenities including Corian countertops, new appliances, and a full size washer/dryer. Our unit sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen mattress in the bedroom and a pull out queen sleep sofa in the family room. The ideal condo for your making your vacation enjoyable and relaxing.

Ideal mid-town location close to many great restaurants, shops, and activities. Walk to Seacrets, Coconuts Beach Bar, Dumser's Dairyland, Belly Busters, K-Coast Surf Shop, 45th St Taphouse, Barn 34, Shotti's Point, 48th St WaterSports, and many more.

Adorable condo!

We loved staying at Carl’s place. It is cozy, clean and quiet! Carl made the check in process seamless. It’s only a few steps to the beach and close to many great restaurants. We are looking forward to returning there next summer.

Property was very clean and well maintained. Owner was very curiously and friendly with anything we needed. Beach access was only steps away and was my favorite location of any of the parts of the beach in Ocean City as you were able to enjoy it without people being right on top of you. Place was within walking distance of everything. Definitely recommend and hope to stay here again in the future. We didn’t even want to leave this time. Definitely was a home away from home for us.

Ocean City Bikefest

This property is perfect for a getaway. It's very clean. I have allergies and never once had an issue with them while staying here. The owner was very helpful when I had a problem with my passcode. I'm glad I found this place and will save it for future trips.

Property is older. Be aware there is not an elevator. Underneath parking does not allow for SUVs. Property owner was responsive to questions.

Great spot

This was the perfect spot for me, my husband, and our 6-week old to stay for a few days. The bedroom is on the smaller side but we were still able to fit a pack & play for the baby. Location was great - right across from the convention center/dough roller on 41st. Kitchen appeared well stocked (we ate sandwiches/out mostly.) Coffee maker is a Keurig so be sure to bring pods (we’re coffee pot people and only brought grounds & filters.) Beach wasn’t super crowded because it’s mostly smaller condo buildings nearby and no hi-rise hotels or condos. Easy check-in. Great communication with the host, Carl. Definitely recommend!

Nurse Weekend Away

Carl was an incredible host! He emailed us days in advance about the checking in process. He had great recommendations for places to eat and things to do (Hurricane weekend!). He messaged to give us permission that the apartment was cleaned and we could check in 2 hours earlier then expected. He was just a phone message away for any questions. We loved the decor of the apartment. Location was excellent to the beach! We enjoyed Ocean City and would book again at this property in a second. Top notch host makes all the difference when your packing up and leaving our crazy nursing jobs behind for the weekend. Thank you for the great communication, excellent resources to enjoy our stay and overall most grateful for the ability to stay at your lovely property. Five stars!

Booked for Oceans calling music fest after other accommodations fell through. The location was excellent. We took the bus (which stops right across the street) and walked down to the boardwalk. Close to restaurants and shopping. Plenty of room for the 3 of us and very comfortable. Carl was quick to respond to my questions and was available throughout our stay.

Ocean City Weekend

My friend and I stayed here for two nights. We liked that we were only a 2 minute walk from the beach, and that the neighborhood was nice and quiet. There’s a pull out couch in the living room and 1 bed in the bedroom. Large bathroom, and nice outdoor dining area. We weren’t in our rental much, as there was plenty to do around Ocean City, but it was clean and great to stay at, and we’d stay there again. Also Carl was great about checking in with us, and communicating access instructions. We didn’t need to ask him anything because he was very detailed with his original email prior to our arrival.

Great Place

Everything was fantastic! We couldn’t have asked for a better place. The convenience of the beach was amazing and not overcrowded. The only thing we had issues with was the ceiling fan in the bedroom does not give off much air.

Friends getaway

Check was so easy! Host sent me my code that morning. Because our place was cleaned earlier than check-in time we were aloud to go in a little early. This was so nice because the weather was rainy. Kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

Perfect for a Weekend Getaway!

We stayed here for a quick weekend getaway and could not have asked for better accommodations! The condo was very clean, had everything we needed, and had the cutest decor. The location is ideal as it is just steps away from the beach and only a short walk or drive from most Ocean City attractions. We would definitely recommend and would love the chance to stay here again in the future!
