Inside and outside entertainment mix in this delightful beach haven. On the first floor, a relaxed living space with a pool table and 55” TV connects to the private backyard. The covered outdoor kitchen with a dining table for 8 begs for an afternoon of barbecue, while the zero-entry swimming pool and sitting spa tempt guests to bask in the sun. Sleeping accommodations include 2 bunk rooms with 2 queen-over-queen beds and 1 full-over-full.

White shiplap walls and a wood ceiling create a coastal cottage feel in the open great room on the second floor. Elegant, naval blue couches and 2 plush accent chairs continue the theme, providing guests a comfortable gathering spot. The kitchen hosts premium appliances and a marble-top island that seats 7. A contemporary dining table made of pale wood offers room for 8. The adjacent porch has a mini living area, TV, and dining table. beautiful house

The house is beautiful, has everything you would need or want. The pool stays cold because it is shaded. The beach access is the public beach and it not ideal. You must swim through a lagoon to get to the beach, which we didn't like nor do with kids and two handicap persons was not acceptable.

A Family Retreat

The house is brand new and very nice. Large and comfortable, but some issues were encountered: 1) Some things were not yet ready. One dishwasher was not hooked up and required a technician. Also, the dishwashers have heavy doors that fall easily to the floor, easily hitting a foot. 2) Listed amenities included beach chairs and umbrellas, which do not exist. Also, another amenity, the pool table, had been improperly assembled and was unusable as the felt top was loose and bunched up. This was repaired on the last day of our visit. 3) The most significant issue was beach access. The closest public beach (Ramsgate) could only be reached through gates that require codes or a key card. To walk around to Ramsgate was a pretty good distance, and there was no parking area available for the Golf Cart. Also, no canopies can be set up there and most of the beach area is private. The other beach access, Eastern Lake, is closer, but space is also very limited for parking, and much of that beach is also marked private.
