ONE OF THE BEST BEACH AND OCEAN VIEW CONDOS AT SEASCAPE.
this is a 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath, deluxe condo. Two, private balconies with whitewater and beach views and beautiful sunsets. A well equipped kitchen, an electric BBQ, access to 3 swimming pools and spas, a resort bar and restaurant, and easy beach access. Golf, fitness center and tennis are available at a reasonable cost. The Village includes a coffee shop, pizza parlor, Chinese restaurant, a grocery store, Mexican restaurant and more.
The property is ONLY CLEANED BEFORE ARRIVAL AND AFTER DEPARTURE. There are no daily housekeeping services currently being provided.
Contactless access to the condo eliminates the need to check-in at the front desk of the resort! Simply park your car in front of the condo; An access code will be provided allowing you access to the unit. The code will be sent to you with a “Welcome Guide” a few days prior to your arrival. We provide hand soap, dish soap, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. In addition, we provide complimentary personal soaps and shampoos; Beach towels are also provided, as are beach chairs. Please don't forget to bring your own sun screen.
AIRBNB and VRBO guests are considered “owner's guests” with free access to pools and jacuzzis. However, Bonfire usage and golf cart services are no longer being provided to AirBNB/VRBO guests.

What a perfect family stay! The location, the view and the space were all amazing. The condo is excellent and exactly has described. Comfortable, quiet and great amenities throughout. I would highly recommend for family or couples looking for a peaceful beach retreat. We will be back!!!

The property had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The condo was very comfortable for four adults and well stocked. The showers can definitely use a update.

Our family stayed at the property to join a larger family Thanksgiving celebration at the beach. The property was immaculate with a gorgeous view. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful location and spacious

The condo was very clean and beautifully situated with amazing ocean views on both floors. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked. Staying here was so much better than staying at the or any hotel property.

Good views, well stocked

This property was very clean upon arrival. 4 quality beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as a few beach toys too. Good location for pool access. Beautiful views from balconies. Very enjoyable stay.

Love the details

This place was everything I was looking for! The master bedroom opens up to the ocean, and you are protected from the breeze. To the right of the property there is a trail to take you to the beach, takes about 7 minutes 1 way. The beds were super comfortable, loved the fire place, loved the bottle of wine! Communication was awesome. Definitely will stay here again.

Beautiful view and comfortable accommodations

Pretty much as advertised. We had a small hiccup with check-in as the housekeepers were behind schedule but the host was very apologetic. Overall a wonderful weekend and we’d love to stay here again in the future.

Absolutely wonderful

What a relaxing and restful experience! This property provided everything we needed and more. The view is stunning with easy beach access. The property was so clean and still had all of the comforts of home. Check in was seamless and communication with the property owners was easy. We hope to return to this Seascape paradise/home away from home soon.

Stunning Location

This condo is absolutely gorgeous. The view was incredible and the location (right next to the steps to the beach) was perfect. The condo had everything we needed, beach chairs, sand toys, towels, coloring books, and a welcome bottle of wine. My interactions with Lisa were like speaking with a good friend. She was wonderful and made me feel at home. I will definitely be back!

This unit is the best I’ve ever stayed in at Seascape

I’ve been staying at Seascape for decades and I’ve never stayed in a better unit. The location, the view, the decor (very well done), the quality of the kitchen equipment, comfortable furniture, the thoughtful touches by the owner… everything! They truly thought of everything. We will be back!

impeccable condo

The condo was a wonderful size with extra bed options for a larger group. The decor is tasteful, the amenities very thoughtful (coffee, tea, modern appliances , dinnerware, cooking materials, beach gear, games, etc). The view is fabulous with a short walk to the actual beach. I would definitely recommend this delightful condo. A special shout out for the popcorn as we all loved the snack.

Spectacular Aptos Weekend

Even with an atmospheric river happening, we had the loveliest time here! This condo is a little piece of paradise. We spent so much time gazing at the ocean from the very nicely decorated living room. The kitchen has all you need and the hosts are so thoughtful and generous with providing basics such as coffee and tea and also a bottle of wine! The beds are so comfy too. We also really appreciated how clean the condo is. Everything was just perfect and we can’t wait to come back!

Perfect.

The size, view and updated decor were all so great:) We were attending a wedding at Seascape and were so grateful to be able to have what we needed, a calm place, comforts of home, access to beach. Only downsides so tiny, hardly worth a mention (auto on lights in bathroom annoying, no ice maker). Extremely well-done - hope we can come back:)

Wonderful Beach View Condo!

Two couples had a great time at this gorgeous two-bedroom condo. It was even more spacious than the pictures displayed. Everything was spotless! It was nice having two good sized bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The extra half bath downstairs was a plus. We were celebrating our birthdays and the bottle of wine was really appreciated. We enjoyed easy access to The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park for a hike. The town of Aptos is close by with some good restaurants (Cafe Sparrow and Mentone). Best of all, the ocean views were great! I highly recommend this condo for a get-away.

Rain!

Even tho it mostly rained the whole time we were there, we did manage to get to the beach once. I was so surprised at the length of walk to the beach! It was hard for me as a person who has limited mobility. We enjoyed the space and had a good time with our grandkids. We also felt very safe from the big storm, as it rumbled all around us but seemed to miss us but for the rain. The stay was lovely. The owners were quick to respond to our needs. Thank you.

Absolutely Amazing!!

There are so many wonderful things to say about this beach view condo! John and Lisa were responsive and personable from the moment we booked the reservation. The self check-in process was quick and easy, and parking was extremely convenient. The interior of the condo was spacious, immaculately clean, and clearly newly renovated. There were ample amenities, even a few unexpected treats, and we had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Most striking were the gorgeous views of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom balconies. Access to the beach was practically right out the front door, and one of the resort's three pool areas was located right across the parking lot. We truly enjoyed our stay and are hopeful we can return again soon!
