While this is an extremely rare issue, we completely understand how frustrating it can be, especially late at night. For clarity, our records show that a call was placed to our support line around 4:00 AM, and our team responded by 6:15 AM with a call and a message. We also followed up in the morning once our staff was on-site and even knocked on the door, but no one was present. There were multiple attempts to connect so we could assist you as soon as possible. As a gesture of goodwill, we did approve a partial refund for the inconvenience caused. We always aim to provide a comfortable and well-supported experience, and we’ll continue refining our communication systems based on feedback like yours.
