The property was conveniently located for the short day trips we had planned, which we appreciated. However, the street and sidewalk areas were undergoing major construction during our stay, significantly impacting parking and making arrival and departure coordination challenging. It would have been helpful to know about the construction in advance so we could have planned accordingly. Better communication regarding these disruptions would have improved the overall experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your kind words about our location, Stephanie. We are truly sorry for the unexpected disruption and inconvenience caused by the street and sidewalk construction during your stay. We were not aware of the active roadwork, as our turnover team unfortunately missed letting us know during cleaning earlier that day. Had we known, we absolutely would have reached out in advance with alternative parking solutions to make your arrival smoother. For future guests reading this, please always let us know right away of any concerns during your stay so we can take action immediately and rest assured, as of today, there is no longer any roadwork going on! We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a seamless 5-star experience in the future.

Cozy Little Stay

My family and I came to Michigan City for the long weekend holiday. This house was great for my family of 10 and two children. There were wonderful amenities and the hot tub was a huge highlight. We also use the fire pit to make s'mores. Will definitely consider this house if we come back.
