The condo was clean and just as advertised. The host was quick to respond to questions. I liked the location up on a hill with a great view. Even though it was close to all the activities on the parkway, it was peaceful and quiet at night. We enjoyed our time there and would book again!

This unit has stunning views of the mountains. We have been to the Smokies many times, so we’re here for relaxing. We were able to get up and have coffee on the balcony every morning, it is convenient to the grocery, restaurants, shopping, and so many other experiences. Not to far from the National Park and Artist community (the Glades) in Gatlinburg, and so much more. We will be back.

Property was great very clean, very comfortable, like a home away from home. View was very nice. Communication with host was very easy and immediately responded to. Will definitely stay here again. Made a great trip even better.

Super clean, modern, great location near everything but up away from the noise. Great views of the mountains. Clean pool and hot tub outside. Loved it!

Within 5 minutes of opening the door, my teenage kids said, “we are getting this same place next year!” Clean, plenty of room for a family of 5, close to everything.

Everything was just as depicted!! The condo was great!! Our stay was great!! The balcony & its views were exceptional, especially at night!! We stayed from 5/15/26-5/22/26!! Highly recommended!!

I do have some suggestions. 1. Repair the light in the refrigerator. 2. more ice trays or fix the ice maker 3. have clocks that work in the living room and the 2nd bedroom4. a safety rack in the single bathroom to get out of the tub 5. sign with the pool code.The location was perfect. We could stay out of traffic and get to anywhere we wanted to go. It was quiet. Okay parking. Thank you.

Clean condo and great view! Property is situated on a steep hill. We had a great time here and enjoyed the outdoor pool. The indoor pool was closed, but weather was better to be outside.

My family has vacationed in Pigeon Forge often over the years. This was absolutely the best Great Smoky Mountain vacation we have ever enjoyed. Big Bear Lodge 3005 had a great deal to do with our enjoyment of our vacation. It is the nicest condominium we have ever rented. There is plenty of cheerful natural light making its way into the condominium and the wrap around balcony is wonderful. We definitely will stay here again. Thank you to Brian McHugh for providing such a fantastic vacation rental!
