The most beautiful home, sparkling clean, and had everything we needed. The cherry on top was the incredible pool and hot tub as well as plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for the beach. When we needed to get ahold of our host, she responded immediately and gave great advice on what to do in the area. This home made our vacation unforgettable.

Great vacation home! The pool and hot tub were very relaxing after exploring downtown and beach days. If we weren’t in the pool we were spending quality time in the game room playing ping pong and arcade games. The place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.The beach is walking distance and we even caught fish off the private dock. The shed was packed with everything you need for beach days and fishing off the dock. Would highly recommend this place. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with!!

Our family loves this home! It is beautifully decorated and maintained with lots of extras provided. Ginny is a very attentive and welcoming host as well! We plan to return again in the near future!

Ginny was very communicative, friendly and helpful. The house was spotless and so welcoming when we arrived. Beds, linens and pillows were so comfortable. House was supplied with everything you could wish for and more! Lots of toys and games to play with- both in and out of the water! Pool and backyard were wonderful. Only thing I wished for was a handrail to get in and out of the hot tub. I wanted to get in and enjoy but could not get in without fear of falling! Absolutely great home and would highly recommend!

This house was perfect! It was in a great location close to stores, restaurants, and the beach. Our family had the best time at the house. We loved the pool, hot tub, games, and kayaks.

Perfect!

The house is exactly as described. The pool and amenities are very nice! Easy walk to the beach and even a couple restaurants. Ginny is very responsive and very nice Definitely coming back!

Relaxing & beautiful!

Our family of 5 especially loved the beautiful backyard. Close walk to the beach. Clean, updated, and Ginny was a wonderful host.

Excellent stay!

The house was easy to find and the getting in was super easy! I have never had such great communication with a host, before, during up to the day of check out. Everything was exactly as advertised and the excellent communication helped with everything else. We loved our time there!

Family fun in St Augustine

Working with the owner was wonderful and she went out of her way to accommodate a special situation we had. She was fabulous and we couldn’t have come without her special help.

Best Vacation Rental Ever!

This was by far the nicest vacation rental I've ever stayed in. The home was beautifully decorated and has EVERYTHING you could possibly need or want in a vacation home. You can really tell the owner has put a tremendous amount of time and effort into making this place top notch! The location is great and views of the sunset in the evening from the pool/dock were amazing. I highly recommend staying at this property!
