This modern 4 bedroom 3 ½ bath has everything you can think of and more. It’s 20 minutes form Pigeon Forge, with an easy drive all the way to the property. Once you pull in just step inside and leave all your troubles at the door and let the feel of home take over.

Once inside you will be greeted with a semi open floor plan of the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living area is an open space with a comfortable leather sofa and love seat. Plenty of room to gather before meals or relax before bed. The dining area housed in between the living room and the kitchen seats 8 easily. The kitchen stocked with stainless steel appliances that will have everyone wanting to take turns being the chef. Also having a bar makes it even more enjoyable by conversating while cooking or having a taste test done.

You will have two bedrooms and two bathrooms on this level as well. The Mast Suite offers a king size bed, spacious walk-in closet, flat screen tv, and private bathroom with a huge, jetted tub/shower combo to soak all your cares away. The other bedroom has a queen size bed and tv, with a private entry to the main level bathroom.

Downstairs is where all the fun begins. From the moment you go into the game room you will never want to leave. It has a pool table, air hockey, foosball table, table for card, arcade game, mini put-put, sauna, basketball hoops, and a punching bag for the competitive ones who hate to lose. More into watching movies than games, this house has you covered. On the same level as the game room is a huge den with a big flat screen tv, fireplace, and mini bar. On the deck off the game room is a brand new bubbly hot tub just waiting for you to come relax outside.

The other two rooms are also on this level. One having the second king bed and the other having two twin bunks. This is perfect for the kids to be able to head to bed after finally wearing out with all the game playing. The two rooms share a full bathroom, but there is also a second half bath, so it doesn’t get too crowded.

Both levels offer big decks so anyone wanting to step outside for some fresh air will have easy access at any time. The main level deck is set up to where you can plan and evening dinner outside if you like or simply enjoy a quick night cap.

All in all, this place is an amazing vacation spot for all types of getaway. Whether you’re coming with your friends or planning a family trip to the Smokies this is the place you want to rent.

Spring break stay

We enjoyed using this house as a home for spring break. There were four adults and four children and there is plenty of space. This is a 4 bedroom home and sleeps 10 comfortably. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The toilets flush sluggishly and it looks like someone had reported septic problems before in a review. There is a strong smell of cat as soon as you’re in the neighborhood. There are feral cats all over and I’m not sure if the cat owe smell is coming from outside or if there have been cats indoor before. The trash policy is not very user friendly. Beware that if you use more than four trash bags and are staying less than one week, it will be your responsibility to drive the trash 20 mins without any traffic to the office in Pigeon Forge. There are no couch throws and only two warm blankets for all 7 beds total. Bring your own pillows and beach towels for hot tub because there are four towels provided per full bathroom. No electric kitchen appliances such as griddle, crock pot, baking pan, but there is one small cooking sheet and a pizza pan. Nice comfortable neighborhood, close to town. Game room pictures are great. Pool table, air hockey table are in disrepair. Furniture needs to be updated. The upstairs furniture has been reviewed for being broken since 2022. The basement furniture is cloth and quite wore out. Internet works great. Again, the smell of cat is quite strong, especially in the basement.

Family Vacation

We had a very enjoyable stay with our children and grandchildren. One of our daughters said it was the best place we had stayed because of the hot tub and game room. We also enjoyed the free tickets to local amenities. We would have stayed longer had our vacation time permitted and we would definitely like to stay again.

Great house for extended family or large groups

This house is great over all and large spaces for large groups. 2 large living rooms and great game room. The house is up on a large mountain side so be prepared for that. Also there was no sauna as listed in the pictures and description which was a huge bummer as that was a major factor in my booking. Another thing is there is nothing but the bare minimum for kitchen and bathroom stuff. There are no spices at all, or even salt or pepper. No hand soap for the kitchen, only 2 dishwasher tablets for 9 people and 4 nights. We had to go buy a dish scrubber as well as the other things listed. Bring shampoo/ soap as well.

Wonderful time! Lots of games to play and places to watch movies. Very clean. There was 10 of us and we all loved it and were very comfortable

Great getaway

House was great. Plenty of room for our group. The door code we received did not work when we got there. Had to make a phone call and got a new code that got us in. The game room area was fun but some of the equipment was outdated and some stuff missing. We never did get the sauna to work but made the best of it anyway. House was super clean. Overall we enjoyed it and would stay again

Thanksgiving Family Trip 2023

Excellent location to all of the activities in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 kids to sleep comfortably and not feel crowded. We loved the hot tub and the arcade and pool table was a favorite with both adults and kids. We were disappointed that the sauna didn’t work, there were no balls for the foosball table and the basketballs were all flat so it made it not as fun to play. The overall space of the game room was a really nice add. The reason we gave it a 4 and not a 5 was be because those items were not useable and because the pillows in all of the beds were flat and uncomfortable. Updating those things would make this a 5 start stay. The Smart TVs anc the electric fireplaces were a nice benefit as well.

Saddleback Retreat met expectations.

Overall, the property met expectations as advertised online with minor issues not being more than one would expect from a property that is > 20 years old, with the comfort level of bunk beds being what one would expect for bunk beds, etc. The upstairs and downstairs dens, the kitchen, the scenic upper back deck and especially the game room exceeded expectations and was a catalyst for family members spending quality time together.

Awesome space

Plenty of space for everyone. Game room nice. Hot tub AWESOME!!!! Limited parking. Very close to downtown Sevierville. Only minutes away from Tanger Outlets. Most definitely will rent again for girls weekend.

Great Vacation Rental

This house is huge with a great game room for kids and teens. Was it perfect, no, but overall the home was great in a beautiful neighborhood. Unfortunately, we had to buy a new propane gas tank for the grill but it still didn't work. There were some things that need to be fixed: broken cabinet door, broken recliner on the upstairs couch, and ice maker/water dispenser did not work well in the kitchen. I made the property manager aware right away of our issues, so hopefully some of these things will be fixed for future guests. The neighborhood pool was lovely! We swam every day. The house is off the main roads of Sevierville, but still close to town with Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg not too far away - lots to do in the area.

Nice property but needs some TLC

Needs some TLC. Furniture not in good shape. Spider webs everywhere. Pool table in rough shape. Looks like some painting had been done in garage but painters tape still there, look bad. Looks like possible mold in master tub. Pool key does not work, someone had to let us in. Said they haven’t used a key for over a year. Requires a fob.

This was the cabin that had everything we wanted, But we only stayed for an hour

We arrived at this cabin, that we had booked several months in advance. but we had to relocate an hour after we arrived. After one toilet flush a sewer gas smell permeated the downstairs, it was such a strong smell, we couldn’t stay there. We called the rental company and they said this owner does his own maintenance and he wasn’t going to come out to fix this issue, so to our dismay we had to relocate to a cabin that was less desirable for our group. We booked this cabin because of the reviews, the layout, the number of bathrooms and the bunk room. The thing my Grandkid were most excited about was the game room. They played for about 30 minutes, and they all cried when we told them we had to leave.

Stayed at this wonderful house for a dance competition. Spacious home that is so close to the Seiverville convention center. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place few problems not owner’s fault

Place was great everybody loved it especially kids , had problem with disposal and previous guest trying to send meat and bones down sink /disposal like idiot . So there was bad smell but obvious what it was they sent us to another house within 2-3 hours and had no problems

House was awesome. Plenty of room for the seven of us. Kids and young adults loved the game room. Everyone loved the layout. All bedrooms were perfect.

Perfect for small to medium get togethers!

Beautiful house with a lot of amenities in the house! Our kids stayed in the game room for hours and a well stocked kitchen with appliances. Great location and 15-20 Min drive to Dollywood and Gatlinburg!
