Star of the Sea, Stunning Oceanfront Home

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and we are so glad you found the house beautiful! However, we want to respectfully address your cleanliness concern, as we take it very seriously. As part of our policy, our cleaning team thoroughly cleans the property and takes detailed photos upon completion. Our inspectors then come in separately and take their own photos to verify that everything meets our standards before every single guest arrival. We have all of that documentation on file, and it does not reflect the cleanliness issues described in this review. We also went above and beyond by bringing additional new sheets to the property around 9 PM after check-in to demonstrate our dedication to making sure every guest is comfortable and well taken care of.

As for the roaches, you're right—Florida's tropical climate does bring some unwelcome visitors from time to time, but we do have regular pest control in place and will be sure to follow up.
