Fun place to stay. I love the layout and location cannot be better. Environmentally friendly. Surrounded by gorgeous trees and parks nearby.

Elizabeth, the layout and that tree-lined setting are exactly what make this spot feel like a proper escape rather than just a place to sleep. The parks nearby are worth a wander whenever you are back.

What a wonderful place to stay. Cute neighborhood with places to eat and shop in walking distance. Beds were comfortable and the place was very spacious. Host was fantastic with communication. My elderly mom had a bit of trouble with the outside stairs (only 3 but no rails) but we managed. I would highly recommend this place next time you are in Spokane.

Shannon, a neighbourhood where dinner and a little browsing are both a short stroll away makes a trip feel unhurried, and the spacious rooms and comfortable beds only add to that. Thanks for the note about the outdoor steps. Spokane is always better with a base like this.

Nice quiet place to stay!

We enjoyed the simplicity of this place and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to decompress. Some great restaurants within walking distance!

Close to lots of things we were interested in. Really enjoyed meshing with and participating in local community spaces and activities(breweries, bookstore, thrifty and organic retailers, juice, coffee, eateries). Modern, walkable. Well stocked with amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, tissues and towels, laundry soap plus extra unexpected and thoughtful items even keeping our pet in mind.

The house was wonderful, and perfect for our needs. Very comfortable and clean. Communication with the host was fast and easy, as was the check in process. We loved the walkable neighborhood, with several restaurants nearby. And downtown Spokane was less than a 10-minute drive. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you.

Fantastic stay and experience, very professionally run. Host Sammy responsive and helpful. Unit was extremely clean, large, and comfortable. Towels and extra blankets were available, and kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, coffee & filters, paper towels, and more. Even a washing machine and dryer with laundry detergent. South Perry location very convenient.

Excellent Choice

We were happy with everything about the house during our short stay. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. It is close to a number of cool stores and restaurants. The place was clean and modern. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Spokane!

Such a little gem

This lovely little spot in South Perry is like having your own apartment in a darling, walkable Spokane neighborhood. We included our dogs this time, and they felt right at home too. Love this great find!

Nice place, great location

The home was located very close to restaurants with good food and a nice coffee shop. On street parking on somewhat busier street. Listing pictures make place look more interesting than in person. Feels like a hostel/ European stay- some people will love this!

Check in easy, great communication. Had everything we needed for just one night. We were lucky to get the last parking spot nearby but that must’ve just been because it was a Friday afternoon. The next morning the street was empty. Home very clean. Only thing was a neighbor left their upstairs light and porch light on all night so even with shades down it lit up our bedroom. The pillows are great! Loved the decor.

Cool block of unique architecture and green space! And the neighborhood surrounding it is super cute with several truly fantastic restaurants and a Thursday night farmers market, which made parking a bit of a headache for about 4 hrs, but, honestly, worth it. :) This place was cozy and just big enough for 4 adults and 2 dogs to hang out for a couple days nearly 24/7. We spent almost all our time at the rental due to July heat and smoke blanketing Spokane. The multiple bathrooms and multiple bedrooms were modern and comfortable.Our only feedback is 1) All bedrooms should come equipped with a fan of some sort. They had space heaters, but they were no help in 100 degree summer weather. 2) The listing says that the unit has AC, but that is only partially true. It doesn't have central air to cool the whole rental. It has two mini splits for one bedroom and the kitchen/living space, so two bedrooms didn't have any cooling capabilities. That might not be a big deal at other times of the year, but during this particularly hot week it made for some warm sleeping in half the bedrooms.9/10 recommend!

Perfection!

Myself and two good friends stayed in this fabulous place and I will say it was perfect. We each had our own rooms with comfortable beds. It was very clean and cozy, and the location was excellent! What a great neighborhood. The only suggestion I would make would be to stick a dimmer on the light in the living space- it’s pretty bright and the lamp was a bit too dim, just for the evening chitchat hours. Honestly though this place was wonderful and I will come again.

We were here while in Spokane for GU graduation - it was clean, pretty quiet and comfortable and check-in/out was easy. The only improvement could be black out shades in two of the bedrooms - the street lights were very bright. And there isn’t really a place for more than 2 people to hang out, other than a not veryCozy couch, if you’re wanting that. The neighborhood was cute and restaurants nearby are convenient. There is an iron, even though the listing didn’t say there was. Overall this was a convenient and nice place to stay.

Great stay!

This property was a great weekend spot for our trip to Spokane. It was the cleanest VRBO we’ve stayed at, as well as the most unique. Everything about the unit was perfect and we can’t wait to go back!

Great Accomodations and Location - Close to Dining and Airport!

Fantastic place to stay in Spokane, close to dining and the airport. First time staying in a Blockhouse and would definitly come back. Had an issue with the VRBO app and the Property manager picked up on first call and quick to help!
