Hello Tom and thank you for staying with us recently. We are a bit surprised by your 4-star review. Looking back into our text stream during your visit, we see that you reported these items and we were able to respond immediately to help you. The commercial-size ice maker issue was one of those unforeseen mechanical situations and it has already been repaired. We do have 2 ice makers in the home and you should have been able to still use the smaller one. We were able to get our handyman over immediately to fix the TV for you. The outdoor speakers are disconnected to alleviate noise issues even though they are still visible. We were able to walk you through how to use the indoor speakers. The hot tub water level issue was because the spillway was running at the same time the hot tub was. That might have not been very clear in our hot tub operating instructions but we've now updated them to do a better job of describing this. Our properties are maintained extremely well and our staff is within 10 minutes away from all properties to help with any questions / concerns very quickly. We strive to keep our 5-star reviews and give our guests a great vacation. We'd love to host you anytime should you return to Scottsdale. Thanks. StayWithStyleScottsdale

Kevin, we're glad to hear that you enjoyed your time with us....along with the amenities. We're very surprised, though, about the 4-star review, so we are responding so that future guests can read our response, as well. With this home having 2 BBQs, we were glad that you still had the use of one during your stay. The 3rd party that we hired is a company that we trust. With this being a retrofitted bbq, it was important that they checked the inset/measurements, etc. We apologize that it wasn't to your expectations. With your approval, we had them enter/exit through the backyard, so it didn't interrupt you or require your time while they were there. Regarding no streaming service provided, we've learned over time that our guests typically use their own logins for streaming. There are limitations from the streaming companies that don't allow us to have accounts in multiple homes so we made the choice to have Roku TVs that allow everything from Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, etc., and our guests haven't complained or commented on it. Thank you, again, for staying with us. StayWithStyleScottsdale

Chris, first off, thank you for serving our country. We greatly appreciate our veterans. We are very surprised by your 3-star review of this property, which has ongoing 5-star reviews. We'll provide some context for other guests considering this property. Our properties are maintained exceptionally well, with scheduled maintenance for all categories, including housekeeping, pool, landscaping, bug spray, repairs, etc. During your visit, we communicated with you by text and immediately responded and addressed your concerns. Pool table: you didn't mention this during your stay. We regularly replace the balls and pool cues, as well. This is all managed through our 24-hour checkout procedure. Thank you for informing us about the ice maker, as the previous guest didn't have issues with it. We have contacted an appliance repair company to look into this further. We did, however, provide a tabletop ice maker for you. The garbage disposal apparently gave you some trouble, but this was also in working order upon arrival. Our handyman was able to fix it, which you mentioned. We didn't know about the iron and immediately replaced it. You didn't mention a towel rack so we will check into that. We also provided help with the little critters/ants immediately. It can be a bit challenging with nature and outdoor critters, but we try our best. Thank you for taking the time to provide some details. We strive to continue getting 5-star reviews across our 35 properties in Scottsdale. StayWithStyleScottsdale
