Nice area very convenient going to the Fevers game. Elevator was down which wasn’t anything against the host just made it a little harder carrying luggage and belongings in. Host is very responsive

Listing is very accurate. Complex is large and beautiful. Both pools were nice and even had fire pits near each. Second bedroom had a memory foam mat which would have been great for little travelers. Did have shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.

OMG !!!! Where do I start. This apartment far exceeded my expectations. It was impeccably clean. It was nice having a kitchen and living room to spread out in. We came down for a concert and this apartment was so convenient to Lucas Oil Stadium and Gainebridge Field house. Just a few blocks from each. Just a couple blocks from the Slippery Noodle Inn , walking distance to The Old Spaghetti Factory, Harry and Izzy’s and too many restaurants and pubs to mention all of them. Would love to know what brand of mattresses are used because I slept like a log . Extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay here again instead of a hotel. The free parking is an added bonus too. The complex is massive but very quiet.

The space was perfect for our family of four. We were in town for a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium and wanted to stay somewhere within walking distance. This worked out so well! The parking was a nice bonus and the instructions with pictures were super helpful during the check-in process. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication from the owner was top notch!

Great location, great house

For my group of friends, this was a great property! It's perfectly in the middle of Indianapolis, and is in walking distance of many of the attractions here. The owners are also great, and will do their best to make sure you have a nice and easy stay!

Repeat Stay!

Great location, comfortable place. Stayed here last year as well. Loved that the parking was included. Finding the key cafe was a little tricky to get the keys initially but after that everything was wonderful.

Clean and 5 minutes from where we needed to go! Management was awesome and had a slight fix up done within the hour. Definitely would stay again!!!

Nice and Cozy

Very nice accommodations. Conveniently located right downtown. We were attending an event at Lucas Oil Stadium and were able to easily walk there.

Great Apartment

The apartment was great. It was quite and in a great location downtown. Great food in walking distance. If you are wanting to be in downtown Indianapolis with your own space, I would highly recommend.

Great location for seeing basketball games and proximity to downtown and area activities. Unit is in a huge complex that can be noisy and a little tricky to navigate.

Great location and very clean

Second time staying in this building and will rent again. Location is convenient to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Lucas Oil and pretty much all of downtown. Check in process very convenient. There is a CVS across the street, as is The Alexander Hotel, with restaurant/bar options accordingly. There is also an Agave & Rye Restaurant/Bar across the street.

Very good accomodation within walking distance from Lucas Oil Stafiun aan Down Town Indianapolis. Parking is inclusieve and that’s also a big plus. Appartement is part of City Way and that’s a good equiped accomoadation.Kitchen could be a bit more equiped, we missed a cutting board, watercooker and salad bowls by example. No big problem btw.

Location was perfect for the reason we stayed in downtown Indy. What they don’t tell you, is parking is pre pay only for big events, therefore the instructions they provide for check in when it relates to parking aren’t accurate. Overall the apartment was clean, plenty of space for all of us, after the first night, the AC quit working and it was 80 degrees inside when we checked out at the end of our stay.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. When we offered to send maintenance right away, you kindly let us know that it wasn’t necessary and that you were only informing us for the benefit of future guests. Regarding parking, you reached out a few days prior to arrival, and we provided the same instructions included in the listing. To clarify, parking is complimentary for one vehicle. It is not prepaid — guests simply take a ticket upon entry and pay when exiting the garage.

City Way Apts

I was nice and convenient being in the downtown area! Shower curtain liner in one of the bathrooms needed to be washed. Check in was a bit confusing with the Key Cafe but we figured it out eventually. Otherwise it was all in all a nice stay for our Grandsons Graduation!

Awesome location

The place was very spacious and a great location-only 4 blocks to Lucas Oil Stadium! The only issue was the parking pass and card to get from the elevator into the apartment hallway was a little confusion (could have been me!). The property manager helped get me help. Call their number not the button in the parking garage if you need any assistance.

Great location.

A group of us stayed here for the week while in town for a conference and it was everything we need to settle in for the week. Minutes walk away from Lucas oil stadium, the field house, convention center, as well as downtown nightlife, the location is fantastic. Check in was slightly confusing as we were not given the right instructions to locate our building and room, but eventually we were able to communicate with an agent to help us out. Prepare to hear the hustle and bustle of the city from inside the apartment, it’s not all that quiet. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
