Perfect location. The beach was right there! The condo was well furnished - had everything we needed. Definitely recommend when staying on Sanibel Island.

This property is just splendid. Overlooking the pool, and just a couple minutes from the gorgeous beach. The condo was exactly as described, it was extremely clean and comfortable. It was a perfect match for us and our four legged family member. The host was genuinely welcoming, responsive, friendly, and kind. It was such a beautiful stay we booked again for the next year!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this condo. The owner was incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Everything was exactly as described in the listing—no surprises, just a smooth and enjoyable stay. The property was well-maintained and had everything we needed. I would absolutely recommend this condo and would gladly stay here again!

The accommodations were great. Spacious, very clean, overlook the pool on a roomy balcony. Very easy access to beach. Host accessible and very easy to work with plus shared lots of great ideas. I plan to go back!

Everything about our stay was excellent: what a vacation should be. The staff was friendly, the apartment was clean and comfortable. Marvelous huge swimming pool and very dog friendly. Access to the beach was very easy and many good restaurants were close by. For dog owners there is an excellent veterinary clinic near by. Sanibel Island is very special place; we had a wonderful vacation!

Great location and friendly staff. Steps from the ocean and pool. It was often not very crowded so we kind of felt like we had the place to ourselves. Only very minor suggestions would be to get some new knives in the kitchen for those of us who like to cook. There was significant work being done for two days right out our balcony with no less than 5 workers talking loudly but the island is still recovering so we accepted the disruption. Overall a wonderful stay!

Amazing stay!

My husband hasn’t been to Sanibel in 30 years- my first time! Great location and has all you need for fun beach days. We also enjoyed the screened lanai in the mornings! Glad to see businesses recovering well. We would stay here again!

Clean, well stocked condo is comfortable and location is great for those who want to be on a quiet and beautiful beach. Property is well maintained and office staff was friendly and helpful. All processes are smooth and easy. Thank you! We hope to stay here again soon!

Great location!

Fantastic unit, very clean and well prepared. Very short walk to the beach, and the shelling did not disappoint, even saw dolphins near the shore at low tide. So glad to see Sanibel and Captiva recovering from the hurricane. Would definitely return and recommend!

Breathtaking!

Everything was wonderful! So slow, relaxing yet so much to do. We just loved the condo, the beach, the area around. We could not have asked for a better vacation! Beach was not packs, seashells were incredible, food was was delicious! I just can't say enough!

Dream vacation!

We cannot say enough about this place. The location is perfect—on the beach and close to everything. The pool was beautiful and the condo had everything we needed. We weren’t expecting the screened in lanai nor the tiki bar next door—both a bonus! Can’t wait to go again. Telling everyone about it!

Absolutely fabulous

Our condo was so perfect! It was very well appointed, great pool views and literally steps from the beach. There wasn’t one thing we needed. Our next visit on Sanibel will be booked at this condo! The owner was communicative with us and great to talk with. Love this place!!

Wonderful first impressions

This was our first time visiting Sanibel Island. While we had a good time, we need to go again because there is still a lot of rebuilding going on since the hurricane in '22. But we would definitely stay at this exact place again. It was clean, modern and up to date. The host/owner, Dave, was very proactive, making sure we understood how to check in and even providing us with recommendations for local restaurants and more.
