We had a fantastic stay. Everything was as advertised. The hosts were thoughtful and communication was great. The beds were comfortable and the condo was stocked with towels and drinking water. There is also a gym and pickleball court and pool To enjoy. Security was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again while in Cozumel.

Great place to view the ships - Cool breezes at night

Have stayed at Palmar condos a few times and I really enjoyed this stay. Very quick communication. Can't wait to stay again.

Incredible Property

We came down for a week of scuba diving. This property was incredible. SUPER clean, great location, very close to the docks for the scuba trips and beautiful views off the back porch. We'd stay there again for sure.

Yearly stay

Stayed at Palmar for the first time, and it will not be our last. Great hosts, well equipped condo, nice grounds, great view, how can you go wrong?!? Thanks for everything, and see you next visit!!

The host was excellent at responding to messages from the day we booked. The condo looks just like in the pictures. It is very spacious and nicely finished. Everything you could want in a kitchen is provided. The balcony offers a lovely ocean view of the ships coming in with brilliant sunsets. The cleaning staff here are outstanding! Sunset grill across the street is a good place to eat. Other restaurants are also near by. It is a 30 minute walk into town where you can find many nice restaurants.

Paradise in Cozumel

We loved EVERYTHING about this place. It was clean and well maintained. The hosts were so easy to communicate with and very helpful. The pool is gorgeous and the grounds were always being worked on. The security was fantastic.

Another great stay

We always love staying at Palmar. We have stayed in several units. All are great. My only complaint this time with 5C was the master bed is very noisy and could use some new pillows. Love the place and staff are awesome!

Hi Sam, I apologize for the delay. Our program has been down this week but it’s back up today. The total for 8E in April for 8 nights would be $1940. It’s blocked on VRBO since we blocked it for you. You can proceed with us or if you prefer I can un-block it and you can proceed with VRBO but it will be a higher fare. Let me k ow soon so I know if I should keep the hold on it. By the way we replaced the pillows and now we are waiting for guests to leave to see if the issue is the bed or the mattress. We are on top of it! Let me hear from you soon.

It’s a love/hate relationship. Totally loved staying in the condo. Hate that everyone will now know how nice it is and possibly keep us from booking it again. ;-)

Perfect vacation

We really enjoyed our stay in 5C. The condominium was beautiful, clean and had everything you could need. We have been spending a week in Cozumel each year, since 2016 and while we’ve stayed in another unit at Palmar before, the communication with Victoria and Chris has been great. They were quick to respond and had everything ready for our arrival right down to snacks an beverages to get us started. We are already planning our 2024 trip and we will stay here again.

Palmar 5C

We came to Cozumel for a week of scuba diving. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed to have a great vacation. The location was great, it was across the street from the pier that out dive op could pick us up from each morning. The complex was very quiet and all the employees who worked there were so friendly. The condo itself was spotless and the hosts even included some snacks and drinks when we checked in. We will definitely stay here on our future trips to Cozumel.

Vacationing with Toddler

Condo is in a great location and clean. No bathtubs which can be problematic for young kids but we brought our portable one and it worked out great. Showers are terrific with excellent water pressure. Pool and balcony is amazing too. Not a lot of very young children but there were families there. We liked the fact that drinkable water was in the condo and filtered. Snacks waiting for us with wine was very thoughtful. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back again soon!

Great location, easy parking, friendly staff

Palmar condos is our go to place to stay in Cozumel. This was our first time in this unit. The view is great, being on the 5th floor gets you above the palm trees for some great ocean views. The bed was comfortable and unit was clean. We didn't cook, eat or hangout in the condo so can't comment to much on that but the kitchen appeared well stocked if you were to do that. There were plenty of beach towels and other amenities we did use and appreciated. The only thing that would make us feel safer would be a chain or slide lock on the door that could be used when you are in the unit. We had a couple of request of the owner and he immediately responded. We look forward to our return.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful space. It had everything we could have needed and more. The condo had stunning views, tons of amenities and was immaculately clean. It was well situated and the check in was smooth with clear communication from our hosts. If ever we return to this beautiful island, we will absolutely stay here again. Perfect place in Paradise

This condo is beautiful! Crystal clean and filtered water to drink so bring your reusable water bottles. Victoria and Chris were great to work with, immediate responses to all questions asked. Fun to watch the cruise ships come in and out of port. We had an amazing trip snorkeling and fishing the beautiful blue waters of Cozumel! Thank you!

Awesome!

The condo was amazing - even better than the pictures. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Absolutely perfect for a family vacation. The location has several nearby restaurants and is across the street of a pier for scuba diving pickups. More food options are in downtown which is a quick taxi ride away.

Exceptional space

The condo was perfectly clean, spacious and well appointed. Everything, from picture perfect view to the comfortable furnishings to in unit laundry made our stay very comfortable even during hurricane Grace. With exception of a power outage that was no fault of the building we couldn’t have had a better experience.

Repeat Guests

As always an excellent stay at Palmar! We spent the week free-diving and scuba diving with Aldora Divers. This property has al the amenities needed; pool, workout facility, beach view, easy access to diving and town. Chris and Victoria, Property Managers are always available for questions and are always accommodating. See you again soon!
