This home was perfect for my wedding party! Every one for the most part had their own bedroom AND bathroom which was crazy since we had 20 people staying there! The house was so spacious and the views of Lake Michigan were unreal. We would totally stay here again if we had a large group.

Anytime we had a question, the host was very responsive. It was very clean when we got there. It was in a great location very convenient to a lot of sightseeing things and able to walk downtown and see sunset and spend a lot of time with our large family. I do feel like the home needed to have a little bit of upkeep done to it. I was disappointed that the dishwasher did not work especially when there are 13 bedrooms with two people in them, it was a lot of dishwashing. But overall, we were very pleased with our experience.

Great stay

Nice house on the water....perfect for waking up and having coffee while overlooking the lake. Minutes walk to downtown. Great stay.

Charlevoix Gem!

This eclectic historical property is the perfect Charlevoix location and boasts plenty of room for all. The owners/hosts could not have been more accommodating and gracious. The gorgeous lake view, lake access and sunsets were postcard perfect. Plenty of parking for guests on the quiet street. Needless to say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Bachelorette

We hosted my Bachelorette party here with a group of family and friends. The location was amazing and the house was perfect! Everyone had their own bathroom, and everything felt very connected. We had so much fun!

Perfect spot for a big group!

We had our wedding party stay at the house for our wedding weekend. It was the absolute perfect location to be able to walk downtown or enjoy the views right from the porch. The house is old so it has it quirks but we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate with our friends and family.

Great location, great place

We were a group of 6 adults. It was a great property with plenty of rooms for privacy as well as group gatherings. If only the weather had cooperated more we had made better use of the outdoor spaces as the views were just spectacular. Walking 3 blocks to downtown and 100 feet to the end of the block to see the water and sunsets was just great.

Speier family reunion

better than we hoped: access to Lake Michigan water! Lots of bedrooms for our big group. Friendly staff. Add some wastebaskets and a bit more patio furniture and you're golden!

Friend's Wedding Weekend

The house was a perfect fit for our large group of friends who came into town for a wedding. Everyone got their own room and the location couldn't be beat. We were 25 yards from Lake Michigan and walking distance to all the bars and restaurants in town. I would highly recommend the house for a large group or multiple families.

Dream wedding

Allison went above and beyond to help us with my daughter’s dream wedding. The wedding party stayed at the property. They did yoga by the lake at sunrise to start the wedding day. It is a beautiful location and charming house.
