Great location in the Gulch. I have stayed here a week at a time twice this summer. Communication is always great. The hosts are very accommodating and flexible as well. Would highly recommend if visiting Nashville.

We were thrilled with our stay at Mercury 300! It’s a beautifully furnished apartment with a cozy industrial feel. The wall of bright windows and high ceilings made the space feel open and inviting, while the unit was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed.The location was fantastic—far enough from the downtown energy that we didn’t have to worry about noise, yet close enough to walk to downtown. There were also plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby.Communication with the host was excellent—prompt, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. We would absolutely choose Mercury 300 again!

Great location in the heart of Gulch. Very industrial cool vibe! So many restaurants and things to do within 1-2 blocks of the property.Great place to spend my wife’s 40th birthday!

Nice place overall. A bit on the empty side. Good location. Communication was great. The elevator was broken during our stay which was inconvenient, but out of their control.

Location, location, location!

Everything you could possibly need within 3-5 minute walk. Shopping, food, grocery, bars, restaurants. This super cute loft has it all!!

Downtown Nashville

Very nice studio. Clean and spacious. Property managers were organized and responsive. Excellent for a short stay to take in all that Nashville has to offer. Proximity is close enough to Broadway to walk. Lots of eating and drinking options within close proximity. Great time! Would stay again!

Early Spring Break

The property is great. Walking distance to a local organic grocery store. Easy to get around town with uber. Close to restaurants, music row and Broadway. We waljed everywhere. Nashville is such a warm inviting clean city. Thank you for rourhospitality

Girls Getaway

My sister, friend and myself came in for a couple of shows for a weekend and this location was perfect! The sleeping arrangement, bathroom, and kitchen were perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and orderly. Parking was easy and the discount was generous.
