Great location and value

Very convenient location with ample parking. We enjoyed our stay- good size bedrooms and living area. Quiet and convenient location within walking distance of many tourist activities.

Clean space and helpful owners

4 adults stayed for weekend in Nashville. Close proximity to downtown, good value and helpful owner. Would stay again.

Wonderful little property

We were in town for the weekend. This location is close to downtown and anywhere you’d want to go. The space was very clean, the shower was nice, and the beds were comfy (my must haves!) Definitely recommend a stay here.

What we were looking for

Great for a quick visit while my son is thinking about moving to the area. We were able to get a feel for the area at a reasonable price.

Fun in Nashville

our family enjoyed our stay in Nashville. This unit is close to both downtown and Vanderbilt and Centennial Park and comfortably accommodated 4 adults.

Great stay

Very nice, some may say " out dated" but we thought it was just fine. Beds were comfortable. We were only there to sleep most of the time. Will definitely be back!

About a mile and a half from lower Broadway

Apartment was small for 4 people but doable for a couple days. It was clean and secure.

Perfect!

Quaint little condo, plenty of room - more than enough for the 4 of us!! Clean, comfy beds. Clean bathroom. Plenty of kitchen accessories. Just overall very nice. Perfect location - we visited Broadway and it was about 5 min Uber ride from the condo. Will definitely be back if we are ever in the area again.

Nashville getaway

Property was a decent home base for nashville. Good price but very basic and cookie cutter. Booked with the idea of being able to walk everywhere but found the walk to be a little to far so ended up using uber which wasn't terribly priced. Overall it was a good place to sleep and have a bed but didn't offer much more than that.

Thank you so much for letting us host you Tyler. Future guests please do take note the unit is a bit over a mile, so if you are not up for the walk, Uber or Lyfts are available and not terribly expensive at all. The unit is minimal, but does have everything you could need on a trip.

Great little place!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place fit our needs really well. We had 4 adults (2 couples) and the set up was perfect. There was also a pull out couch that we didn’t need. We were constantly on the go. I loved that the entire property is gated in and there is a little private courtyard out front. We were contacted as soon as we were able to check in, which was earlier than the time we were initially given! We had one problem with the key code and it was instantly fixed! Overall a great place to stay and much more affordable than any other places I could find.

Mold in the bathroom

Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and mold coming out of the faucet in the bathtub. The guest in the room Above us walked all night. That kept us up through out the night.

Amazing location!!!

Neighborhood was good, like your typical city neighborhoods. The property was clean, the unit pretty much was just a place to chill and sleep. Has small kitchen but won't need it because Nashville offers amazing food!! The unit itself could use an upgrade here & there. But all you need is sleep because broadway is footsteps away(or a 20 min walk, 4 min drive, 8 minute scooter ride) you won't be disappointed! And the communication was amazing! Fast responses.

Great location near downtown Nashville

This property is well kept and felt safe with the locked gates and security keypads. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were decent. We used the kitchen for making breakfast which was great to start the day. I would suggest providing a mixing bowl though for scrambled eggs... I would stay here again, thank you!
