I absolutely loved my stay at these beautiful apartments. They are wonderfully designed, very comfortable, and located close to the stunning ocean. I enjoyed every moment of my stay and would happily return again! Unrealistic ocean view from apartment.

Pictures indeed doesn't do the property justice. What a wonderful location with endless ocean views! Newly renovated kitchen with an open layout. My family enjoyed the stay and highly recommended!

BEST POOL IN PV

Grand Venetian has the best pool in PV. Unit is well equipped to cook and very clean and beds are very comfy. Great space loved our stay

I highly recommend this condo for a perfect vacation and recommend it to family and friend. We absolutely loved it here and plan to go back as soon as possible. Thank you enormously Lee for everything.

Amazing stay!

Lee is such a great host! We had some issues on our end before coming and Lee was very helpful and accommodating.The location here is great, lots of restaurants, shopping, and groceries nearby. The pools are really lovely and the condo is very comfortable and as described. We definitely hope to stay here again!

Stay at Grand Venetian

We loved everything about our stay. The condo exceeded our expectations. It is spotless and conveniently located. It also has everything you need for your cooking. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. The property is well-maintained, with three large pools and two jacuzzis. I will for sure be returning to Lee’s place. Lee is very responsive and made sure everything was perfect during our stay.

four of us enjoyed PV, the pool, the Day of the Dead and especially this fabulous condo for games and relaxing. Beautifully decorated - newly remodeled kitchen and a sweet neighbor. would love to stay again and will recommend it to anyone thinking about PV

Location, location, location

Wonderful condo with great views, even seen whales from the balcony, and close to many restaurants. Property manager/owner was quick to respond to any query and had provided complete and easy to understand information on everything in the facility including how to get through the busy airport.

Lee was great to deal with. The problems we encountered were with the building itself and Lee was very responsive and helpful to us.Great view and great location. We were fishing most of the time so we didn’t get to enjoy the amenities of the facility.

May in PV at the Grand Venetian

Property was all it was advertised to be. The actual condo and the entire property is kept immaculate and safe. The view from the deck is fantastic. Location in PV is perfect.

INCREDIBLE STAY

Owner Lee was so incredible to work with, sent so much great information not only about his condo but things in the area - sooo responsive and didn't have to wait very long to hear from him. Condo was PERFECT for our group, incredible views and perfect size and convenient-.everything we needed. Will definitely rebook with him.

Perfect Condo with a Perfect View

Hubby and I love the grand Venetian! We have stayed there many times in different condos, and this one was by far the most comfortable and the best equipped. We loved the hot tub and the condo was very spacious for four people. The owner was a wealth of information and recommended several fabulous restaurants, we were not familiar with. We would go back there anytime!

Spectacular Condo!!

We decided to do a trip to Puerto Vallarta over Easter weekend. The condo was fully stocked. There was nothing we needed that it didn’t have. The furnishings are beautiful and the beds super comfortable. The view was spectacular. Lee was very responsive to all of my questions and helpful with ways to get around and good grocery stores and restaurants. We can’t wait to come back!!

Paradise in Peurto Vallarta

We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to vacation at Lee's gorgeous condo. The view from the 11th floor balcony is stunning...whales, dolphins, pelicans. The grounds are impeccably maintained, as well as the beautiful pools. The building is very safe and secure..taxis readily available. Great restaurants and groceries close by. Lee is very attentive and helpful with making our stay memorable. Definitely would recommend this vacation rental.

Awesome view property

We stayed at Lee’s condo for a family trip and this condo was perfect for 3 couples. It is clean, well-appointed and has a fantastic view of the pool and ocean. The Grand Venetian building is a perfect spot. Lee and his property manager were very responsive and Lee is an amazing host and communicator. The pictures do not do justice to this amazing g property which I highly recommend.

The Grand !

Wonderful property, beautiful views, and wonderful communication. Music next door was loud most nights, that was a bit hard. In saying this, overall we had a great time!

Thank you for choosing my condo and for your review! The prior week was Easter, so it was very festive over there. Easter is a huge vacation time for Mexican nationals. But the following week and since then they have been very quiet at night except early evening, there were three days where there were outdoor weddings with live music. So please come again, and I know you’ll like it!

A wonderful return visit

This condo is beautifully decorated, well appointed with towels, sheets and extras like toilet paper and hand soap (which some rentals don’t supply) and very clean. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The washer, drier and wifi all worked well. The owner, Lee, replies promptly to any queries and was a delight to rent from. Would highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful and warm condo in Puerto Vallarta

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. From check in to check out, everything was great. I had one minor issue with the safe, (user error) but Lee was incredibly responsive and had the issue fixed in no time. The location of the condo is right in the heart of everything. It was incredibly easy to get a taxi or Uber to pick us up when we were feeling like exploring. I would definitely recommend staying in this condo to anyone wanting a chill stay in Puerto Vallarta. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Condo with Spectaular View!

We just returned from a week in Lee's condo and would definitely recommend it. It looks just like the pictures, and is very conveniently located. We have been to Mexico many times but this was our first time staying in a condo. It was very convenient, spacious and the view was spectacular. There were even fireworks seen from our balcony every night. Lee was extremely easy to work with and made sure all of our concerns and needs were met.
