The house is very clean. The kitchen is lacking though. Only one of most items. One dish towel, one pan, one big bowl. The picture of the patio furniture is not accurate and also not very comfy.

The host response was very fast. Place was clean and just like they advertised. The only problem was the pool heather. I had specifically asked the pool to be heated (we paid extra for that) by the time of check in or at least the same night, and although we know it takes time to get heated it was only "warm" Sunday night and we left Monday morning. We needed the pool to entertain the kids on Sunday, that was the only disappointment.

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the positives, especially regarding cleanliness and responsiveness. I sincerely apologize that the pool wasn’t heated to the level you expected in time for your Sunday visit. I completely understand how important that was for entertaining the kids, and I regret that it didn’t meet your expectations despite the extra request. I’ll review the pool heating process to ensure future guests have a smoother experience. I truly appreciate your honesty, and I hope we have the chance to host you again under better conditions.

Good good

It was a nice house and did the job. The bunk beds were uncomfortable and we ended up having a people sleep on the couch instead. Place could’ve used more blankets and common household items (trash bags, dish soap, etc).
