We had a family reunion of 16 adults and 4 children. The accommodations far exceeded our expectations. Our host and property manager were very responsive and accommodating to our questions as the weekend unfolded. I and my family members would definitely recommend this location.

Last min ski trip

We loved the condo. It’s the most convenient place we’ve ever stayed! The hosts were also extremely kind and accommodating. I without hesitation recommend!

Great property

This was our second time staying at the property. It’s clean and well kept, and a great place for multiple families to stay! Plenty of space. Host is very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to messages!

Location! Location!

You just can’t beat the location and easy access with kids. House was big, so many bedrooms. Kids loved it. Easy access thru back door and down the stairs to the mountain. Awesome ski in ski out location.

Great ski vacation

We stayed with our extended family and really enjoyed it. The location is ideal, right on the mountain. The condo was beautiful and very clean. One thing we noticed is the rental lists 7 bedrooms, but there are 6 (don't know why 7 are listed). We hope to return next year!

Thank you so much. We loved having you guys stay with us. As far as that 7th bedroom, we call it our "emergency' bunk room. Its a small tucked away room that has a set bunk beds just right for the unexpected guests or for baby sitters ... or anyone.

Could not be better!

Property is clean, well stocked, spacious and literally in the heart of Hunter mountain skiing with a lift and everything else steps away from your front door. Host is so communicative and helpful and a delight to work with. If you are going with a big group you will love this spot!

Such a beautiful place to stay with a group, clean and home friendly.

Stayed for two nights with our women’s golf league, fourteen of us in all. The extra large dining room table made a great spot for eating and games. We had a wine and cheese party at the top of the mountain, followed by swimming, Hot tub and sauna. A beautiful and perfect weekend.

Thank you. The condo is great for summer activities for big groups, wedding parties, and festival attendees. Great to hear you had a great golf outing followed by a relaxing time at the hot-tub.

The best place to stay on the mountain, by far.

This condo is not only huge, beautiful, and well designed- its convenient location makes it the best place to stay at Hunter. Located right above the base lodge, it's easy access makes it wonderful for large groups and those with small children. The unit was clean and well maintained; the upscale furniture and cozy decor only added to the experience. The owner is responsive and accommodating. We would (and will) highly recommend this condo.

Amazing

What a great experience! This property is such a gem. If you’re looking for a spot to go with family/friends for a ski trip, look no further. The convenience is unmatched, especially for families with little kids. Shashank is a pleasure to work with and was courteous, responsive, and informative. We’ll be staying here again, for sure!

Utterly Fantastic Place

We were looking for a large place we could all be together to celebrate our Fathers' 91st birthday. This place was absolutely perfect. Great space in the central area for conversation, card games and eating. The bedrooms were comfortable, roomy and beautifully appointed. The kitchen was very adequate to accommodate all the cooks in the kitchen at once. And the owner was helpful in helping us with some special accommodations. All positive comments from our whole group.

Thank you for your kind words. We really do cater to big groups, especially family reunions, where guests of all ages can have a fun and relaxing time with old fashioned board games to all the new tech ... surround sound Home Theater and TV/DVD players in each room.

Location and Service

What an amazing experience. If you're looking for an all inclusive style Ski vacation, this is the spot. We were first on the mountain and the last off, and when we wanted to break for lunch, we just went inside. We had fun in the lodge and saw fireworks right outside the property. Memories for a lifetime with room for all 20 people that stayed there. The owner was incredibly communicative and helpful.

Gorgeous with custome made furniture Condon - Love it!

Super clean, huge size condo - our company had 20 people and it didnt feel crowded. The condo conviniently located on 3rd floor of the building right above the ticketing kiosk. With your ski boots on, you can have your favorite cup of coffee, watch the news and relax at your rentable space. Very convenient! We loved this space!

Perfection!

We traveled to the area for a multi-day cycling event with our team. The condo was everything that it promised and more! Perfect for large groups! We had previously stayed at the hotel, but this offered access to all the amenties we were used to (including the pools, hot tubs, and smores nights) in a luxurious "home" setting. We will definelty be back next year!

Best condo on the mountain

Myself and 13 friends stayed here for Mountain Jam 2012. I can't say enough about this condo. It was very spacious, clean, well designed and met all our needs and then some. With out a doubt this is the best place to stay on the mountain. The proximity of the condo made the festival even better. You are right in the middle of it all. The day after we left everyone was talking about wanting to come back. Thanks Tad!

Hiking Club Trip

Our hiking club from Texas decided to come to The Catskills to hike and we found this wonderful property. The location was close to all of our hiking and sightseeing destinations as well as good places to eat. The kitchen was well appointed and served our needs very well. Since we did not have any children, we had to put adults in the bunk beds, but we only used the lower bunks and it worked out fine. The place is beautiful and very quiet in the summer. The host got back with us right away any time we had questions.

Very nice and clean!

We enjoyed the location which was perfect for skiing and tubing. We did have to drive to the pool, but it wasn’t an indoor pool. Although it was heated, the majority of the pool was outside. The townhouse was beautifully decorated and fully stocked. It was so clean and we felt right at home immediately. Tad was helpful and very quick to answer any questions. We had a wonderful time!

The pool is a quick walk, but some prefer to go by car especially when there is a lot of traffic and snow. The pool has an indoor portion, perfect for toddlers and parents, which is connected to the outdoor pool.

Overwhelmed by this place..

My family just can't get over it.We are still postin pics about this fabulous condo and plan to go again very soon. If you need to book it , don't think twice , just do it.You will not regret.All you have to carry is your clothes .They have everything available to make you feel at home. We had the best vacation ever in Hunter Mountain. Thank you Tad.

Thank you so much. The yearlong renovation of this condo was initiated by my desire to have a rustic yet convenient condo that I could entertain big groups. Every part of the condo is custom to the rustic ski chalet themes. And, Yes, all you will need is your change of clothes !!

Beautiful, friendly, and spacious!!

Our group consisted of almost 20 people, including the kids. The big bunk bed rooms were a hit with the kids, the girls declared the red bunk bed room, and the boys took the blue bunk bed room. It was great that there were TVs in the bedrooms, the kids could watch their own videos in the bunk bed rooms, while the adults used the home theater system on the first floor. We had access to all 7 bedrooms, and we had lots of room to spare (the 6 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, and 1 on the first floor.) The German Alps Festival was fun, and the Skyride to the top of the top of the mountain was breathtaking (just don't look down)! Our only regret is only staying two nights at the condo. Next time, we will definitely stay longer!!

We look forward for you to staying with us during the ski season where you, (the parents) don't need to lug all the kids skis, poles, boots etc through the huge parking lot....but instead drop the equipment near the front door (right off the slopes) and immediately go get your hot-chocolate near the fireplace.

Hunter Getaway

The condo was fantastic. Located right at the base of the mountain. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Plenty of bedding. The check in process was simple and easy. Prior to arrival the owner was in contact with us with all pertinent information regarding our stay. We family memories of a life time.
