The resort as a whole was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Fauna, our host was great as well with good communication and letting us know she was there for anything we needed. The views from both, the lobby and our rooms were breathtaking.

Overall great experience. We felt the resort was geared a little towards the wintertime versus the summertime. Mountain view from the condo was incredible, condo was in a great location and very clean.

Our host was great. She kept me informed and made sure everything was fine. When I checked in and the staff realized who I was renting from I suddenly became a VIP. The place was overlooking the resort and close to our conference. Whoever rents this place is sure to enjoy their stay.

Amazing ski in, ski out condo. Host was excellent. Have skied all over North America, and this is our favorite accommodations.

Room is as described and resort amenities are great. Two pools, three hot tubs, fitness center, spa, sauna and showers. On site restaurants and shops. It was March and you could still ski. Owner comminication is timely and very quick to respond to any questions. Definitely coming back.

Host Fauna is warm, welcoming, relaxed and friendly. Nothing will ruffle her and she is here to help. Her 2 room unit combo HAS THE BEST VIEW IN THE ENTIRE OLYMPIC VALLEY. Full stop. Wes loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to come back! Thank you Fauna.

What a fantastic review. Thank you! I agree my 2 bedroom suite has the best view at the resort and in the whole valley. It is breathtaking. Right over the choir lift. The swimming pools, golf course, ponds and the whole valley. We also pride ourselves on upgrading furniture and keeping the suite tip-top shape. You were a hoot to host! And are welcome back anytime. Thanks again for having a blast at the resort!

Wonderful location. Stunning views. Ski in/ski out option is great.Property is somewhat outdated. Rooms/bathrooms could use refreshing. Small things like nice hair dryer, newer soap containers, coffee makers could help

Hi Sergey, thanks for your stay & your review. I’ve let the Hyatt know about your concerns with the soap dispenser, hair dryer and Kuerig coffee maker and have requested they replace all today!! They confirmed its on their to do list. ✅ The Hyatt replaces the Hairdryer, Keurig Coffee maker, soap dispenser and other products every year in late spring - but we will go ahead & replace now. Thanks again for your stay and your notes about how we can serve you better. It’s all about making the guests happy!! 😃
