Property was beautiful and in a nice quiet area with a close walk to the beach. There weren’t many restaurants to walk to but they were only a short drive. Overall it was a great stay.

We absolutely loved this property and Orange Beach!! The host was great with communication and was able to give us lots of recommendations for the area!! The development was beautiful and I felt very safe at all times!! We will be back!!

Wonderful cottage, very well stocked, private and comfortable. Only a block away from the beach with easy access. Loved the easy access to the Gulf Shores State Park walking trails. Only issue with cottage is bedside lamps in the master bedroom with king bed had a lot of dust buildup. Besides that everything was exceptional. Plan to visit again.

The Ideal Spot

The ideal vacation house for a family of four. The quiet location was just a short walk to the beach and a pool just steps away. The clean bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious for four adults. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with all that you would need on vacation. The rental agency reached out after arrival to make sure everything was good. Great communication! I will mention that there were marks on the walls and the normal wear and tear that you would find in rentals, but I still give the overall experience a 5 and would stay here again.

Amazing beach vacation rental! Property managers were very responsive. Kitchen had everything needed to cook. Only recommendation I have for travelers is to bring an extra blanket because the HVAC is very powerful and gets cold easily. Other than that we loved it.

This was a perfect location for us. We were able to walk our dog around the neighborhood and get to Gulf State Park’s massive trail system without going out to the busy main road. Beach access was just across the street. The house was clean and the neighborhood quiet. A few kitchen essentials like salt and pepper and cooking oil would be appreciated.

Quick trip

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. Beach access was very convenient and only a quick walk. The neighborhood was pet friendly and perfect for morning/afternoon runs. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Perfect location

This cottage was wonderful and in the perfect location from the beach and where we needed to be for our baseball tournament. We will for sure book it if we come back!

Perfect Location

This property was a perfect location in Orange Beach. I was there on business, and it was close to my conference location and great restaurants. The house had everything that we needed, and the beach access directly across the street was perfect and a beautiful location for sunrises and sunsets. We will definitely stay at this property again!

My favorite place!

I love staying at Beachball properties because you can guarantee fast and effective communication, cleanliness, and a rental full of everything you may need. This is my second time renting through them, and I'm already ready to book again for the fall!

Just disappointed, we’re not allowed to stay for a few more hours till other one was open or given an early access to the next rental when no one‘s there

We completely understand wanting a little extra time, especially when transitioning between stays. Our policies are in place to allow our cleaning and inspection teams the time they need to properly prepare each property for incoming guests. Even when it appears vacant, there is often scheduled servicing taking place behind the scenes. We always do our best to accommodate early arrivals when availability allows, and we regret that we weren’t able to make that happen in this instance. We sincerely appreciate you staying with us and hope we have the opportunity to provide an even smoother experience next time.

Spring break

Very accommodating as they let us check in early and response time for questions was good. The location was perfect for the beach and bike trails . Will definitely be coming back soon . Everyone had plenty of room in the house .

Beach cheer competition stay

Overall the property was very clean. My only complaint was mold in the washing machine. Good location, you have to cross the street to get to the beach, which we knew.

Best “not on the beach” location

So close to the beach without all the sand returning with you to the accommodation. We love the location! We brought our dog and she loved walks in the neighborhood. The house was very comfortable and felt homey. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare quick meals. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay for our week of baseball for our son. Super convenient walk to the beach via private access. House is new and very well-kept. Highly recommend.
