Very close to downtown Gatlinburg!! Clean! Very nice host! I wouldn’t recommend for more than just a couples getaway or 2 people however as it is a small cabin, but it was just what we needed! Also it says on the listing “new construction” but when we arrived it said on the front porch sign Est 2021…

The cabin setting was beautiful. Had everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Saw a bear and a coyote close to the cabin during our stay. Close to the majority of the attractions and restaurants we pursued.

Everything was good enjoyed our stay loved the hot tub and mostly we got to see a bear and two big cubs!!The oven glass exploded on us in the early morning!! We were asleep!!Took some time reaching out the next morning but then when we. Did they told us we didn’t have to be there and they came by and replaced before we even got back that evening! My husband looked it up and the internet says that happens due to humidity, & different temperature temperatures also pressure just some different things could’ve caused it but all in all I have no complaints! I would say I would stay here again

We loved staying here. Unit is clean and spacious for 2 people. Located in a peaceful forest setting but just a short drive to downtown. Tip: if you’re looking for a bite to eat but want to avoid the craziness of downtown Gatlinburg, I highly recommend Crystelle Creek restaurant which is just a 2 minute drive down the hill.

We had such a fantastic time staying at the Boring Bear!! The location was perfect, not too far from downtown Gatlinburg, but not too close either for the touristy parts. The cabin is so cute and cozy!! The hot tub was MUCH needed after our daily hikes. This cabin has pretty much everything you need to feel at home. We would love to return!!

This was a great cabin! It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked and the cabin had ample supplies. The hot tub was secludedand private. The cabin was close in proximity to Gatlinburg and activities including a community pool up the road. Rocking chairs on the front porch complimented the cabin experience.We can't say enough about Kirkland's customer service. It was impeccable! When we had questions or issues, it was solved within minutes. Chris was outstanding. Thanks again for an adventurist, fun time. We will tell all our friends about this rental and Kirkland's. Well done.
