Come and enjoy this gulf front condo with two private balconies! This bright, beautiful, stunning oceanfront Starboard Village condo is located directly on the sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach. It has unobstructed views of the gulfs and you can walk out the front door and onto the sand! No roads to cross!

Recently upgraded with new tile floors, new furniture, and freshly painted walls. With a private balconies off the master bedroom and the main floor.

This huge 2 bedroom/3bath features a private bath in each bedroom. Master bath has dual vanities. The main floor has a half bath for easy guest access.

Additionally, the condo provides one enclosed garage parking spot as well as an additional assigned parking space. The condo comes fully stocked with all the comforts of home; including wireless high speed internet, 2 smart tv’s (Guest will have access to the rental property’s Netflix, Hulu, and Disney +, as well as 100's of pre-downloaded movies via the Apple TV app) a fully stocked kitchen, and in unit washer/dryer.

Dining is a breeze with a dining table or an option to eat on the main floor balcony dining table.

Enjoy the salty air, warm water, and pink sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico – in a perfect condo for a family getaway!

The condo was beautiful! It had gorgeous views of the beach from both balconies. It was well stocked with kitchen utilities and plenty of towels. The only thing that was not so well was the amount of steps getting up to the property (26) and then 14 steps to get up to bedrooms so that would not be a good thing if you have mobility problems. I would definitely stay there again.

This super nice condo was directly on the beach and was perfect for our family vacation. It was very clean and roomy. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans, Kuerig, utensils, etc. And the views from both balconies were beautiful. The 5 of us loved hanging out together on the main floor balcony watching the sunset and Gulf views.

The condo was in a great location with an amazing view of the gulf. It he kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of extras like plenty of dish and laundry detergent, coffee filters, and TP that lots of rentals don’t have. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay, great location, great condo. Plenty of room and well stocked with everything you might need. Owners were very responsive and great to deal with.

Perfect Stay

We absolutely loved everything about this condo! The view couldn’t have been better and loved that it was so close to Peg Leg Pete’s! The host was so sweet and helpful when we decided to extend our stay. They provide more than enough for a relaxing stay at the beach! We can’t wait to plan another stay here!!

Perfect beach spot for families

This property was stylish and inviting in a perfect location to the beach and other activities. Fort Pickens is a close 20 minute drive where you can watch the Blue Angels practice and tour the amazing fort. Many restaurants and activities within a few minutes drive as well. Mostly, we just really enjoyed the condo with it's comfy couches on the patio overlooking the water, the large pool, easy beach access, and fully stocked home. Highly recommend this place!!

Nice place

It was good because of the easy access to the beach. But the garage door was without a battery so we had to park outside. There was no way to watch TV downstairs, as there was no modem. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs and the kitchen was well stocked.

not 100% perfect

View was great! But you had to climb 26 steps with luggage to arrive at the front door of condo. Climb 13 steps to bedrooms upstairs. No overhead light over the stairs so we left light on at front door on and the light in hallway by bedrooms in order to be able to safely walk up or down the stairs. You had to have the strength of Superman to slide open or close the patio door. Master bed was very comfortable. Oh! Did I mention us 3 ladies are in our 80's. A very tiring vacation for us.

Unit 623 - Memorial Day

From 1-10 ease of getting into Condo-2. Too many stairs not pictured on website. Stove handle was broken, cabinet handle was broken, ice maker didn't work, downstairs bathroom toilet handle broke. Paid too much money for the rental with the issues in the unit. Wooden strip on bar inside kitchen was coming off. Garage door to drive into was too tight and narrow to get our average size SUV into the space. Again too many issues for the amount of money we had to pay.

This condo was okay but I felt like it was a little over priced. The AC was set to 75 when we arrived so the upstairs was probably 80 degrees. It was never cool enough to sleep with anything other than a sheet covering you, even with the ceiling van on high as well as a box fan. The dryer had to cycle several times before it would dry your clothes. Thank goodness it was just me and my husband or the laundry would have been a nightmare. There are plastic vertical blinds that will clank together all night if you don’t lay shoes, towels, or something in front of them. In the master bath the shower did not drain well. There is what looks like a 2x6 propping up one side of the bed that is really hard on your toes. The ice maker did not work. With all that being said we enjoyed our stay. Pensacola Beach is always beautiful, even with the seaweed this visit. We booked this place because our original condo, which we have stayed in a couple of times before, had to have some unexpected repairs and was not usable. This condo cost us twice as much as the original one and they are comparable, both 2BR, 2BA, Fort Pickens Road, and Gulf Front.

This is a stunning property. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer beach front condo for our Pensacola Beach vacation. This unit had everything we needed for our family, it was in a quiet location, and the views were stunning. It was nice not having to pack our own stuff for the beach!

This place has everything you need and more! Its very spacious, super clean with the best amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day. The host was very responsive, the location close to restaurants and shops. And you can't get any closer to the beach! Inside the decor is light and modern and has really comfortable beds and sofas. Having 2 huge balconies with spectacular views top off the list of goodies and with private garage parking, this place rocked!!

LOVED THE AREA AND CONDO!

We could not say enough wonderful things about this condo! It was in such a wonderful area and was not ever busy. Mariya was so easy to work with and was always a text away and was quick to respond when I needed her! There was so many beach toys, chairs, towels and beach towels that it made it easy to not have to carry all of that stuff with us. We will definitely be back to this place and area!

Great getaway

This was a fantastic location for our little getaway! Plenty of room for us (4 adults) and nothing blocking our view of the ocean. The beach was very quiet and not crowded at all.
