The property was clean, accurate location. The location to broadway was amazing. The free parking was nice to have since we had a few people driving in and could save money.

Really loved the location. Close enough to downtown Nashville but far enough away to not hear all the hustle and bustle. We came for the PTV/MCR concert and was only a 20min walk away from the Nissan stadium. It was a great stay.

This property is perfect if your plan is to walk to Broadway for your stay. We felt safe at all times. We are also near the Listening Room, a market and other stores for convenience. The hosts sent a Nashville guide which we used multiple times as it was so helpful! We would stay here again. We had 7 girls stay with us, with plenty of room to sleep and eat and ready for the events. We staggered the showers which was not a big deal at all for us, as there is 1 shower but 2 toilets and multiple sinks. I will stay with this host again in the future. Very cute place and would be perfect for a bachelorette or other girls trip.

Parking was a huge plus, definitely was within walking distance of Broadway! We had so much fun! Nice extras both in the kitchen and the bathroom in case you forget something. We didnt cook so i cant really rate the overall use of the kitchen but it seemed ro have anything you might need. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay

This was a perfect place to stay. We had 2 couples and loved being able to easily walk everywhere. With the short walk to Broadway, we enjoyed the fact that we could park our car upon arrival and not get back in it until we left. The pictures and description are exactly what we found and the managers were very easy to communicate with. We will come back and stay here again!

Perfect place

Our condo was perfectly clean and so well furnished with great directions for check in/out. Owners went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed from coffee to disposable razors. Easy walking distance to Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Broadway and all the action.

CMA FEST 2023

We had a wonderful stay and the owners made everything a breeze. The communication was top notch and the condo was exactly as listed. There were snacks provided on arrival and we loved the Let's Go Girls mural.

Great place!

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the unit was. And how big it was. Everything they stated in the listing was accurate. If we come back to Nashville, we may very well rent this unit again!

Nashville Girls Trip

This property is exactly as the photos portray. It is clean with little extras throughout. We loved the shared bathroom where all four of us girls could gather to get ready for the day. Easy access and a great location.

Loved it!!

We had such a wonderful time!! the property was just as it was described online and even better! the property was clean and all the little touches were so appreciated! very good communication, easy check in and check out procedures. Having parking included was such a bonus!! Will definitely stay again next time we're in Nashville!!

Great location to visit downtown area and plenty of space for the weekend. Upstairs gets warm but it helped by closing blinds on windows.

Hello! Thank you for considering our homes! Our homes are in fantastic locations, carefully chosen areas where we have lived ourselves. They are NOT in "transitional" areas and feature special touches to create a memorable vacation experience. We are huge fans of the Nashville Predators and Tennessee Titans, attending many of their games. Music holds a special place in our hearts, and we frequently attend shows, often securing last-minute tickets. Lastly, we are overjoyed to be the proud parents of our baby girl, Lillie! JeTy Vacations has 9 downtown Nashville Condos in the same gated community with free parking, 2 lake homes at Center Hill Lake, a CBS Featured Staycation home in East Nashville w/ Saltwater Pool & Spa and a beachfront condo in Panama City Beach! We enjoy exploring new places and have a range of hobbies. Currently, my favorite is wake surfing, while Tyler is an avid scuba diver. Weekends at the lake on our houseboat are another favorite pastime. Personally, I'm into hot yoga, and Tyler enjoys running in our neighborhood. In addition to hosting on Airbnb, I taught 4th grade in East Nashville for 13 years and work as a local realtor, specializing in helping women purchase their first homes. Tyler is a realtor and a proud Nashville native. He is always available to assist our guests and can help you plan a memorable Nashville vacation.
