La tua casa lontano da casa ti aspetta ed è stato recentemente aggiornato con nuovi tappeti, divani da soggiorno e un nuovo frigorifero in acciaio inossidabile.

Bello, affascinante e molto ben decorato con un tema da spiaggia. Dispone di 2 camere da letto / 2 bagni con vista sull'oceano di acqua bianca situata nella famosa area "Pier Bowl" di San Clemente. Onestamente non c'è niente di meglio di così. Goditi il relax, i pasti e l'intrattenimento sulla balony di 23 piedi con vista sulla spiaggia, sul molo e sull'oceano mentre guardi i surfisti, i delfini o goditi un bellissimo tramonto della California meridionale.

Il condominio è dotato di tutto il necessario per farti sentire come a casa, compresi teli da mare, sedie, ombrelloni, libri, riviste, film, giochi e puzzle. Letteralmente a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, dall'oceano, dal molo, dallo shopping e da numerosi ristoranti tra cui scegliere.

WOW è la risposta degli ospiti al loro primo arrivo. Ancora più adorabile, affascinante di persona e immacolato!

A meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, dall'oceano, dal molo, dagli altalene, dal meraviglioso sentiero per passeggiate sull'oceano e da numerosi ristoranti vicino al molo.

La proprietà è recintata ... magnificamente mantenuta con vegetazione e fiori lucenti, ascensori, rastrelliere per biciclette e un sicuro armadietto da surf.

Bellissima piscina (riscaldata tutto l'anno) e jacuzzi all'interno della proprietà. Centro culturale Casa Romanitca a solo un edificio di distanza. Breve passeggiata per l'affascinante strada di Del Mar che è fiancheggiata da boutique uniche, negozi di antiquariato, wine bar, ristoranti e gallerie d'arte.

San Clemente è davvero il "Villaggio spagnolo vicino al mare" e un gioiello nascosto lungo la costa meridionale della California ..... quindi vieni a vedere di persona e vivi una vacanza che tu e la tua famiglia non dimenticherete.

Si prega di notare che abbiamo famiglie che si ripetono anno dopo anno che fanno tesoro del loro soggiorno nel nostro condominio e si sono innamorate di "San Clemente".

This condo is in a fantastic location with close proximity to the beach, pier, stores and restaurants. The balcony overlooking the ocean is the perfect place to start the day and/or relax after a full day of activities. Our host, Linda, was very attentive and communicative. We were very happy to have found this property for our stay in San Clemente!

Our host was lovely and very communicative. The condo was spacious with an incredible balcony overlooking the San Clemente bowl and pier. We were able to hear the crashing waves at night while in our bed. The location and view were amazing. We enjoyed the beach, the restaurants and the pier, all within walking distance. It was our anniversary and we could not have asked for more. Our host left us a bottle of champagne and a cake as a gift to celebrate. We highly recommend this location.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable, especially for the two of us. The parking lot is a constant source of entertainment (in a good way.) The patio is well protected and comfortable day or evening and underground parking is a huge plus. Thank you, Linda!

Wow. What a view and only steps to a super fun beach. The location turned out to be better than expected and the place was perfect. We made great dinners, cocktails and memories. In addition to all the cooking supplies, we made good use of the beach chairs and wagon. And Linda was fabulous throughout the process. She answered all our questions, made checking in a breeze and checkout easy. We’d definitely come back next time we’re in the area.

WOW! This is literally “heaven on earth”, with one of the most spectacular views in all of San Clemente! I loved every minute I was there! What a beautiful place- I felt more like a guest in someone’s home instead of a "renter/customer"! And not only because of the wonderful furniture and darling decor but also, because of how generously stocked it was with everything you could possibly need or want- all of the necessities and niceties to enjoy and help make the perfect vacation!

The condo was perfect! It had all we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The view of the beach was amazing. We could hear the ocean! The condo was so close to everything. It was a delightful and special stay.

Perfect location and good amenities

Linda was an excellent host and her apartment was very comfortable and convenient for us. We loved the balcony!! We were joining our daughter and her family, who stayed in a place that was very close to us, which was a perfect arrangement.

March weekend

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is well equipped and in a wonderful location and the host is kind and responsive. We would love to come back in the future.

Location, location, location. Lots of wonderful restaurants have opened in the past year that you can walk to and enjoy.

WOW when you first walk in - more beautiful and charming in person. The view is magnificient and hearing the waves is so relaxing. Fully equipped and you can walk everywhere in the charming historic downtown of San Clemente. Big plus - once you bring in your grocieries you can walk just about anywhere.
