A nice, clean place in an excellent downtown San Clemente location. It’s an easy walk to the beach and downtown restaurants. They also provide everything you need, both at the property and for the beach, including wagons, beach chairs, bikes, body boards, and more. We loved it so much that we stayed a few extra days.

Great location and all the amenities you could need! This was our second year renting and we had another great time! The condo is very spacious and the backyard with hot tub was our perfect end to each day. The hosts were amazing and so helpful with all the questions we had concerning places to eat, shop, and best ways to travel to other areas. I love that everything you need is walkable from the condo. We enjoyed walking to the beach every morning, grabbing a coffee and watching the surfers. I can’t say enough about this spot. I look forward to my next return.

Our semi-annual girls trip in Catalina was too hot and air conditioning was not available anywhere. So, we decided to head back to the mainland early & were so fortunate to book this condo at the last minute. The property is very well maintained and super accommodating to the guests with beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, towels, etc. The location is perfect! Easy walking to the beach, shops and restaurants. Peter & Cathy were quick to answer any questions and provide additional recommendations for activities and restaurants. We only live about 35 miles away and are already planning a mother/daughter "pseudo-staycation" after the holidays. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The home is located just up the way from the pier. It couldn’t be in a better spot! Also, it had everything we needed in the kitchen, the bathrooms and the backyard. The beds were very comfortable and the home is very quiet at night. We will stay again!

Excellent accommodations

We loved staying here! It was super clean, just the right amount of space for the 8 of us, and had everything you could need! The jacuzzi, the pink pong, the fire pit .. made staying here perfect. And, the short walk to beach, shops or restaurants made for a perfect location.

The condo was clean and festively decorated for Christmas! The kitchen was well stocked with excellent array of pots, pans, utensils. The beds super comfy!! The location perfect, a short walk in one direction to the beach and in the other, to town! The owners were super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Great stay!

This was by far our most favorite stay in California! The house is beautiful, clean and the owners are wonderful to work with. We walked down to the beach everyday and the sand and waves were perfect! San Clemente is so nice and had perfect restaurant and stores in walking distance. We will definitely stay again!!

Centrally located to the beach, town, restaurants and stores. Impressive amenities including the hot tub, pong table, bikes, beach chairs, fire pit, bbq, mini fridge all within a spacious clean home. Highly recommend!
