Almost Heaven Hideaway secluded 18+ acre creek, firepit, hiking, near ATV trails

This statement is inaccurate what you told me privately was that you and your “boyfriend” got into a fight and that is why you’ve left we had to pay somebody to come unlock the door for you because you could not figure out the door code and we also had to pay for Cleaning. We have monthly inspections for insects and never have we found a Roach nor have we ever had a Roach problem housekeeping said that you guys left the house in what appeared to be a very quick hurry and it was very untidy. Garbage left inside, not taken out as it was supposed to be. You stayed and decided to leave at 11:50 at night on the evening before your checkout. This does not warrant a refund.

Regarding the television, you did reach out during your stay and I responded with troubleshooting suggestions, including checking the internet connection, as it is a Smart TV and requires the proper connection/settings for streaming. After your departure, I personally checked the television and confirmed that it is working properly, so I’m unfortunately not sure what difficulty you were experiencing during your stay. As for the stairs, the cabin does include a loft area accessed by stairs, and we certainly understand that this may not be comfortable or suitable for every guest however we also have a same level bedroom for use. We truly want our guests to enjoy their stay and are always happy to help with anything we reasonably can. Thank you again for choosing Almost Heaven Hideaway, and we appreciate your feedback.
