Phoenix IX è uno dei più nuovi e più lussuosi condomini sul Golfo! Si può godere di una vista spettacolare del Golfo dal balcone o dalle finestre dal pavimento al soffitto nell'unità. Con più di 1.570 piedi quadrati l'unità è molto spazioso e arredato a nuovo.

Questa è un'unità "premium" che ti viene offerta al di sotto dei prezzi unitari "selezionati" !!! Abbiamo installato tutti i nuovi mobili a partire dal 14/11/18 !!!

I servizi sono abbondanti In questa casa vacanze Phoenix IX: l'unità è pienamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici full-size, angolo bar con ice maker, 48 "HDTV a schermo piatto in soggiorno con installazione a parete 32" TV nelle camere da letto, lavanderia con lavatrice full size e asciugatrice. C'è un letto King nella camera da letto principale e un re nella seconda camera da letto, c'è anche un divano letto queen size nel soggiorno.

C'è una piscina all'aperto con una piscina kiddy protetta, piscina interna riscaldata al settimo piano con una vista incredibile, due vasche idromassaggio, un centro fitness all'avanguardia e un campo da tennis coperto.

C'è un limite di 25 anni di età minima per prenotare l'unità che sarà applicata senza alcun rimborso per violazione.

La vostra vacanza sarà completa a Phoenix IX, con tutti i comfort, la spiaggia e sistemazioni di lusso. Venite a godere di tutto ciò che questo nuovo Phoenix ha da offrire, si prega di chiamare o e-mail per prenotare una vacanza da ricordare.

Great condo!

We had a wonderful time at this location. We had an issue with the washer and maintenance immediately fix it on a Sunday! Great place to spend at the beach!

Great Location, Unclean Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed in the condominium in regard to cleanliness and an inability to comfortably use amenities due to a lack of routine maintenance. In both bathrooms there is an obvious mold issue in the showers as well as what appears to be water damage on the ceiling in one bathroom. The bathroom with the jacuzzi tub has not been properly cleaned seeing as when the jets were turned on, dirt/mold profusely shot out of the jets. The ice maker had its “new filter required” light on, so the ice that was made smelled a bit off. There’s also some sort of water damage on the baseboards beside the ice maker. The floors seemed to have been vacuumed, but not mopped. If you walked on the floors barefoot, the bottoms of your feet would be black. If you left the dryer door closed, it would fill with condensation and wet any clothing inside the dryer. Finally, the AC worked great in the bedrooms and hallway, but it did not work as it should in the kitchen, living room, and dining room area. The difference was not due to the windows/balcony - you could feel warmer air coming from the vents. As far as location, it was perfect. We just weren’t as comfortably as we would have liked to be with the amount of money we paid for the condo.

Great location

The condo was spacious and perfect location for us! The beach was not over crowded. The condo needs a little attention (minor repairs and a deep cleaning). I am assuming it has been rented nonstop this summer, so I guess it’s expected! They had some mildew/mold in the second bathroom around the vent on the ceiling and the sleeper couch was disgusting (food crumbs, toys, and dead bugs) when we pulled it out to make the bed up to sleep in. I would stay here again because these things didn’t ruin our trip!! We were very happy with the space and location.

Great view and condo

Overall our stay was great. Great view to the South and West, the condo on the eastside of this condo sticks out further than this one and blocks the view to the East. Condo overall was in good shape, but had a lot of minor maintenance issues. Lights burnt out, floor base tile taped to wall, toilets didn't flush right, had to hold the handle down. The bed in the second bedroom was great nice and firm. Overall a great rip no issues that took away from our fun experience.

We were right on the beach, amazing views, and away from the busier beaches during spring break. Still close enough to get to restaurants and shopping. Mike was quick to respond to any question. Had an issue with the TV remotes and one TV that was handled quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

8/25-9/1/2023 stay

Everything about the condo was absolutely perfect!! The views of the gulf were beautiful!! We watched the dolphins swim each morning and evening from the balcony. Would recommend staying at this condo!!! One suggestion I have is listing the types of beach umbrellas/shade that meets requirements of the beach. We had a Sun Ninja everyday we were on the beach. On the last day it was an issue. Condo security came to us and said if Beach Patrol asks us to move we will have to. Beach Patrol came and said technically the Sun Ninja didn’t meet requirements but we had no where to go farther back and not be in the way of emergency vehicles and we were fine to stay in the spot we had set up. Around 4pm Orange Beach Police came said they wouldn’t make us move at 4pm but wanted us to know….we explained what Beach Patrol said and he was good with that. Beach Patrol also suggested a Cool Cabana to meet requirements over a Sun Ninja. Early evening a family with a Cool Cabana came out. We talked to them about the issue. They said last year they were told the Cool Cabana did not meet requirements even though it only has one pole that goes in the sand. Clarifying what IS and IS NOT Beach acceptable would be great to avoid the drama we experienced yesterday. Trying to prevent sunburn should not create so much beach drama.

Almost 5 Stars

I was set on awarding a full five stars, and for most of the stay, this condo delivered. The space was impressive, the facilities top-notch, and the building's minimal occupancy meant no overcrowding. The real MVP? The weekend security guard—his service was amazing.That said, things took a nosedive at the bar. We noticed that the ice had an odd taste, and a closer look revealed a disturbing layer of black mildew or mold on the internal ice maker itself. I followed the check-in instructions and emailed Phoenix Rentals with a snapshot, but they never got back to me. Admittedly, I waited until the end of our vacation to raise the issue (I didn't want to have to deal with scheduling someone to come over and take care of something on vacation), but the lack of response was what bothered me the most. On top of that, the refrigerator’s door ice dispenser didn’t work, so I had to open the door every time I needed ice and deal with pulling out the automatic ice maker(first world problems).I can only hope they got it clean before the next guest arrives.
