2/10 Terribile

Mi è piaciuto: Check-in e posizione
Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia e accuratezza dell’annuncio
Severe Health Hazards & Extreme Lack of Cleanliness – Avoid with KidsWe were deeply disappointed and appalled by the condition of this home. This property has severe health and sanitation issues that go far beyond standard wear and tear:Severe Mold: We discovered active mold rings inside the kitchen cabinets where drinking glasses were stored face-down for guest use. The outdoor carpet was also covered in mold.Unsanitary Bedding: Upon arrival, we found urine stains on the mattress protector, which we reported to the host immediately on our first morning.Neglected Maintenance & Hygiene: Unwashed, sticky dishes, dead bugs on the bathroom counters, black/clogged air vent filters, filthy door curtains, and a cracked window held together with green tape. While the host acknowledged in messaging that cleaning details were 'overlooked' and issued a small partial refund, they refused to address the true severity of the situation. Exposing a family to mold and dirty bedding is completely unacceptable. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Thank you Tudose for choosing to stay with us. We understand you were upset that we did not permit additional unregistered guests in the home. We would have appreciated a more accurate review that represent our home. We checked in with you the day after your check in and none of these items were brought to our attention. Our team spend reasonable time between stays to ensure the home is delivered with the highest level of care. If something was infact overlooked we would've taken care of promptly. While it doesn't appear many of the images are from our home we did compensation a partial refund.
