This private 2 story home features 2 master suites along with 2 guest bedrooms all fitted with King beds and a large Smart TV. Easily sleep 10 guests with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some privacy. The living room opens right into the brand new pool and hot tub patio for amazing indoor/outdoor living. There is plenty of seating on the patio for everyone to soak up the Florida Sun or just relax in the pool. We are conveniently located with easy walking distance to Lido Beach (100 yards) as well as St. Armands Circle (5 minute walk) with plenty of shopping and restaurants to enjoy.

Ideal Location

My family loved this location. The walk to the beach was a pleasure, as was the unspoiled beach. It was like being back in the Florida of old. Add the walk the walk to St Armand's circus and the stay was made complete.

Great Location but...

Close to the beach and shops. House is nice size but the furnishings are a bit tired looking. Showers need upgrades. TVs weren't working in the bedrooms when we arrived and we called and left a message but it took 2 days before someone came out to fix. We arrived on Friday and it was Monday before they were fixed. The outside light by the grill doesn't work. Kitchen is nice. Pool area is great. They really should have a checklist to make sure all is in working order for the next guests.

Perfect location

This home is beautifully maintained and fully equipped with anything you could possibly want. We arrived early and needed to drop off luggage. The caretaker was super friendly and helpful and made things so much easier for us so we could pick up others at the airport. The walking distance to St Armand’s Circle and Bayrunner stop was so quick, we rarely used our car. As a frequent VRBO guest, I appreciated the little things, such as trash bags and laundry detergent. Pool and hot tub both were in perfect condition.

Paradise

We enjoyed our stay. The home was lovely and well maintained. We had trouble with getting the TVs figured out but once we got them going no problem. The ice maker wasn’t making ice so we froze water bottles for our cooler. Still we had a great time, the beach, walking uptown and the pool! We recommend this home to anyone
