We follow CDC cleaning guidelines. No shared common areas like a hotel. valted ceilings, exposed beams & comfortable.Great 55+ community. Great views of the #7th hole from the brick paved deck adjacent to the resaca. Updated with fresh furnishings, and decor. One firm private King bedroom with in suite bath, second firm queen bedroom with private bath. We provide everything you need for a turn-key and Great for indoor/outdoor for entertainment, Private, Golf, Central near airport.

We love our little home! It’s works as a get away from our busy lives, we hope it will be the same for you! It is a ground level patio house with rear view of the golf course. Full access of the home, patio, back deck and garage. Couples love our serine location for the quiet, private, relaxing, charming and convenient experience! We have medical professionals book our Casita because it offers a quiet relaxing space. If you are a traveling nurse we can offer a discount for spring and summer bookings. Please ask us about this special offer!!!

We won't be available in person. We give our guests space but only available by VRBO texting.

Great club house, guests are able to pay daily, weekly or more membership. Additional fees to use the club pool and additional green fees available at the guests expense.

- We have a Nest boot bell camera for safety. this system is external ONLY, and no audio or video is recorded inside the vacation rental.

-Please note that we have a great skylight in the second queen room, plenty of natural light and a view of the stars at night.

-Note: the Casita is situated in a subtropical region. Ants and roaches are endemic to this region of the country. We fumigate regularly and clean to insure the Casita is clean of anything that will attract these bugs. For that reason, we ask for your cooperation while you stay with us. Eat in the designated eating area and clean up any crumbs. Do NOT leave any food in the open on counters or shelves. Place them in containers or in the freezer. Also, place the garbage out I. The large container frequently to prevent bugs from having a reason to entree. If you get a multi legged visitor, use the bug spray under the kitchen cabinet and let us know where you spotted one and if it was alive.

- The only part of the property not available, is an closet for cleaning materials and only available to cleaning staff.

-CFAR insurance is highly recommended for all longer summer vacations or travel during storm seasons in our area. It is your responsibility to take out this kind of insurance for any travel, as we have a no cancellation policy.

*Any guest wanting to book over 28 days, must sign a lease agreement and a deposit prior to 48 hours before the check in date.

Our “Casita Golf Home” is part of a HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION FOR PEOPLE 55+. Please know that you must follow all the rules and regulations of the HOA.

Comfortable & Peaceful

This property is located in an over 55 community. It was very friendly, quiet and peaceful. It is near so many different restaurants and an easy drive to any location. Anything you could possibly need is supplied. If you like to golf or lounge by the pool, those are also available. Don’t pass this property up if you are looking to stay in the RGV.
