Fully renovated home to include kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, full size washer and dryer, 2 bedrooms (queen bed and a daybed with trundle) 1 full bathroom (shower/tub) 65” Smart TV and a 55” Smart TV for entertaining pleasures. Close to trendy restaurants, and a short walk to the world famous Dooky Chase restaurant. bats, Whole Foods, Broad Theatre, Lafitte Greenway Park, 6 blocks to Canal St. car and 5 minutes to Superdome.

Park rite in front of home, close to everything. We were 15min max from everything. Living room tv was spotty, always had to work with it. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

The owner canceled our reservation. I’m guessing she saw everything going up for the concert. On top of that she kept contacting me (to the point of harassment) telling me I needed to go online and cancel it myself. I’m sure this was to make her and her property look better in the future as I would not have had the chance to review the property had I canceled. I tried to report it but this is my only avenue of reporting. So just know you may reserve this property well in advance but at the last minute your trip could be ruined if the owner gets a better offer. Ours was. By the time she canceled, there was nothing left that wasn’t outrageous. Would not recommend giving this place your business.

The couch was absolutely disgusting. I won’t go into details , you’re welcome. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a pole extremely uncomfortable. Do yourself a favor and keep scrolling

Cozy

I really loved the place. Home was easy to find and not too far from the locations I needed to be. The ease of checking in is a plus and the host was very nice and fast with responses. It felt like home and the beds were comfortable. The area seemed pretty decent not much noise and my daughter loved the home so much she was sad to leave lol The only thing I was upset about was not having time to check out the collection of books. I would definitely stay again.

This is a great location to great restaurants and a mile to the quarter. The host is super friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Next Time I'm In NOLA, I Will Be Back!!

This place, we loved it! The neighborhood might not be ideal for some but my husband and I felt right at home! Dana was freaking amazing! Responding quickly to any issue and just gave us an overall peace of mind. So much within walking distance. The home itself was amazingly beautiful! The instead decor was great! Even the neighboring folks were a great added touch. I cannot wait to return and surely will come back to this place! Thank you for my mask!!!

beautiful home, but there’s possibly one or more cameras in the home and i didn’t feel comfortable whatsoever. i mentioned it to the property manager because it raised a few concerns and she’d assured me that it wasn’t a live wire and she’d needed the electrician to remove it.
