3 Bedroom, 3 Bath house with plenty of room inside and out! Sleeping space for 10 comfortably! All bedrooms have lake views! Kids will love the bunk room with their own TV and bathroom. Enjoy the large deck with beautiful views of the quiet cove. Newly built firepit with 3 swings, lights and power outlets will be your favorite spot! Go jump in the lake from the swim platform or walk in from the shore. Tie up your boat or jet ski on the outside of the boat slip. Adult and child Kayaks provided! Away from it all, but only minutes to Publix shopping area and restaurants. **PLEASE NOTE**WIFI SERVICE IS STARLINK, CAN BE SPOTTY AND IS NOT GUARANTEED! Perfect Ladies get Away!

Everything was wonderful! We enjoyed floating in the lake. The host was easy to communicate with. Internet spotty but did not damper our fun.

Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Lake Norman. The lake house had plenty of room for our group of seven. The view was beautiful. We will definitely stay again.

Great Lake Norman Location

This was a cute and quaint house. It was clean, had a great location, and the host replied quickly to any questions. It was great for our family and you could tell it has been loved by their family.

Long Friends weekend

3 couples enjoyed a long weekend at the property. Alana was very helpful and answered questions quickly. The 3 bedroom, 3 Bath works great for 3 couples. Excellent location on the lake.

Perfect Spot on the Lake!

This was a great spot on the lake! Close to the boat rentals and lakeside restaurants! The kitchen was newly renovated and had great outdoor area for multiple activities! Alana was very quick to respond and was a very accommodating host! We will definitely be back!

Girls weekend!

College friends for 15 years and all got away for a girls weekend! We loved the house and utilized the lake to its fullest. The host was very responsive, and allowed us to check in early due to early flights. We loved it!!!

Fun on the Lake.

We enjoyed our family vacation at Lake Norman. The house is located in a great area and we loved being right in the lake. Service on phone was not great but wasn’t a big deal for our family because we spent time on the water and enjoying family time. House was clean and nicely stocked with everything you could need. Lot of great memories! Would definitely stay again!

Homy feel on the water

This was our 5th year at Lake Norman and this house has absolutely the best location. Great outside recreation with different sitting areas. Super fast response of the owners. We would be honored to come back next year.

Lake Getaway

What a lovely trip we had. This home is perfect for families and groups of all kinds. The beds were comfortable and there are multiple lounging areas around the property for the folks in your group to hang out. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, I would encourage you to bring your own tools as many within the rental could use updating. You'll also want to bring any other kitchen extras such as aluminum foil, plastic wrap, sandwich bags, etc. The host was extremely kind and did a great job communicating with me throughout our stay. I would certainly book here again in the future as this is definitely a hidden gem.

We’ll be back!

We loved the open floor plan in the main living area; perfect for hanging out with the kids. They all loved the bunk room. We couldn’t have asked for a better outdoor space! Between the dock, the fire pit, the geese and the leaves to hide in - we thoroughly enjoyed it!

Great Lake getaway!

My husband and I stayed here with our adult children over a long weekend. Everything was fabulous!! Gorgeous location on a quiet cove, was great for just hanging out in the water and relaxing. It was fun to have the paddle board and kayaks available for our use, and there were plenty of life jackets if needed and pool noodles to use as well. The kitchen had everything we needed for simple meal prep, and we enjoyed using the grill and the deck dining table. The beds we used were comfortable and there were plenty of towels available for our use also. Nice big family room and dining table, which was nice for evening meals and games! We so enjoyed our lake time!! And the owner was very responsive to any questions we had!

We loved everything about this house. Upgrades were nice touch. We did not use the fire pit but loved the fact that they left us supplies for s'mores in case we decided to do that. Our family had an amazing time. Big living room and large dining room table help accommodate our family of six.

Great communication with Host!

Overall a great stay despite the crazy winter weather of Christmas 2022. My only feedback is that some of the bedroom furniture could use an upgrade for future guests comfort. Alana was a great host and did everything she could to ensure we were able to have a safe family Christmas.

Relaxing lake life

My family of five stayed for a four days and I wish we had stayed longer! We enjoyed the beautiful yard and the kids enjoyed swimming at the dock/shore and the kid sized kayaks. We caught lots of fish and used the large floats provided. The kitchen is well stocked and the laundry was nice to have as well. We will be back.

Quiet place with great view and outdoor areas

Great view, quiet area, huge living room. Wellstovked Great view, quiet area, huge living room. Terrific Outdoor area, including the back deck and the fire pit with tons of seating. The inside of the house is dated, especially the tubs, and the house cleaners could do a better job— we found a half eaten Apple under one bed and an opened bag of candy in the bunk room. But overall, this is a great place to stay!

Nice Lake location.

This property worked for us perfectly, it provided everything we needed along with being located on the lake where the traffic is lighter (especially on the weekdays). Docking our boat at the private dock was very easy, I would reco bringing some bumpers and tie offs with you. The dock is located in a cove which is super nice. The hosts were quick and very helpful with communication. The property is located on a dead end street with great neighbors.

Great location and lake access, house in need of some improvements

Modest home, well-suited to smaller groups, outdoor space allows for excellent access to the lake on a quiet cove. Our larger group of avid cooks felt that the kitchen is best-suited to basic meal preparation. It is evident that this property is in the process of incremental upgrades that will allow it to maximize its future potential. Multiple kayaks for guest use was a big plus.
