This home has a spectacular gulf view from the kitchen and living room and Master bedroom. 3 bedroom 2 bath sleeps 10. Floor plan includes Master bedroom with Master bathroom, queen bedroom and a bunk bed room with 2 sets of bunk beds, one queen/queen bunk and one twin/twin bunk bed. Kitchen is fully stocked. All beds are made for you. Sheets and linens provided at no charge. Huge deck overlooking the Gulf with plenty of seating. Back deck off the Master bedroom overlooks the inter coastal canal. Picnic table, 1 table and seating for 16 below the house plus a bar. Golf cart access to the beach. WIFI included with 50" Roku television in living room and a tv in the Master bedroom.

We had a fantastic stay. The home is steps to the beach and the deck provides nice shade. Great place for vacationing with the family and the fur baby.Make sure you take plenty of mosquito repellent.

An amazing property with direct beach access. Beautiful, well appointed home. Host was very responsive and there were no issues with the stay. Check in and out process was very easy. I highly recommend and will book again next year.

We have stayed at many beach homes, mostly in Mississippi, this was are first time to stay here in our great state. The house was very nice and located, for us, just in a great and quiet location. An elevator would have been great to use, but we made due and just loved are visit to the area. Thank you for our use of your house. We would definitely recommend and return.

Overall the house was great. Good location and had everything we needed. However, we booked this house because of the beach access for golf cart and ATV so extremely disappointing that we pulled it down there (5 hours) and had no access. Also, the smoke alarm went off every time we used the oven. Oven may need to be cleaned. All that said, we would stay at this house again, just not if we are brining an ATV.

I would like to thank this guest for making me aware the alarm goes off when the oven is used. I will look into it. Regarding the golf cart access, many of my guests rent golf carts and have never had an issue. I drove over to make sure there was access to the beach. It is not an actual paved path, but you can see where previous guests have driven their golf carts to the beach. I am only ten minutes away. A phone call to me on both of these matters could have been resolved while the guest was there. I can't do anything once they leave and put in a review they had issues. I hope they return. They were great guests!

We stayed 3 weeks and loved the location, right on the beach. We enjoyed the roomy living room and kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was as pictured and described. It was a little warm inside the home for the first day, but it cooled off eventually. We did stay in mid-August so that time of year is hard on AC units. House was clean, except for windows; lots of fingerprints and smudges, but nothing that took away from the experience. We do wish it had TVs in all the bedrooms and remotes were a little iffy to work. Overall, would stay here again. Beach was fantastic and just a few steps out your door. The porch was amazing for sunrises.

The house itself was perfectly clean and comfortable. The view was perfect! And even with an event happening nearby the beach wasn’t crowded. The host was very responsive and friendly! I would absolutely recommend this rental !

This may be the most beautiful house on the Peninsula. Extremely clean, beautiful open living space, huge deck to see the stars and watch the waves.
