We enjoyed the overall stay and enjoyed how we could just walk outside to the beach. The house was nice just a little dated. It could have been cleaner.

Perfect location. House had that beach feel inside and the views were great.

Management was very helpful and process was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing and beautiful

Comfortable & Convenient

We enjoyed our stay and will always remember this vacation! We’ve stayed for many years in Destin, Miramar and Santa Rosa and this house was such a treat! Super convenient location and very comfortable! The living and kitchen area

Loved the location. Lots of paths for walking. House was perfect for our needs. Loved the layout and decor.

Sea Sail Review

The house was exactly as described. Modest but cute home. The location is excellent. Beautiful private beach! We really enjoyed our time there. I would recommend bringing your own pots and pans if you are picky about that but overall the place was well stocked.

Amazing location

Amazing stay. You get your own private beach. The place was recently renovated. Clean. Three rooms. The non-king beds were fairly small. Some spots need some dusting. Overall, the small inconveniences of the place were overshadowed by the location. Would stay again.

Great beachfront location!!

We came for a long birthday weekend and it was wonderful. It’s all about the location. Being beachfront and having that small section of beach be private can change the whole experience. The house itself is not the most fancy or updated for sure, but that had no impact on the enjoyment of our visit. Also, the beach chairs and umbrella that are automatically included with the rental are a really nice bonus. I would rent here again.

Beach Front Property

Location, location, location! This property was perfect for a family wanting easy access to the beach. Centrally located to many restaurants and gift shops as well. The house came with beach service for two (you can easily add more at your expense) and that was perfect for us. This property has TV with the ability to stream Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, etc downstairs which was convenient when the rain rolled in or when the younger kids get worn out from the sun. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful!

Everything was great, except wish the front door had a working latch or deadbolt, as my toddler easily opened the door and tried to run out in the street. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!

Nice house on the beach

This house is nice. Every bedroom has an ocean view and the bed were really comfortable! The property management group was very helpful and sent texts for updates along the way. Kitchen was decently stocked. The outside patio had nice outdoor furniture and the view was amazing! If I had to say anything negative- it would be the furniture in the living area- not comfortable at all. But, would I stay here again? Absolutely!

It needs a deep clean but good location

I enjoyed the property being right on the beach, it was very easy to check in and contact the property as needed. The beds were comfortable. But in the cleanliness department it needed some help. There was dirt in the freezer where it hasn’t been cleaned. There was old socks under all the beds and couches where it hasn’t been swept. We spilled water on the floor and went to wipe it up the towel was black after, like they haven’t mopped. There was a carpet in front of one the the shower that was disgusting. The top of the fridge had a thick dust layer. One of the bed skirts had brown spots on it. There was bottle caps in the garbage disposal. Overall it was an okay property, nice location with a private beach.

Great location but house and amenities were lacking

Great location. Great parking. Cute decor. Does NOT come with a private beach. Hot water only available in 1/3 of bathrooms even after maintenance was called and they came out to try to fix. Dryer does not dry clothes. Lots of the dishes in the kitchen cabinets were dirty upon our arrival. Large glass dining table has huge crack across it which had been repaired with duct tape. Several doors inside property do not close due to trim and door not lining up correctly (bathrooms, bedrooms). Sheets on bed are stretched out and do not stay on mattress. Walkway to beach is overgrown and needs tending-lots of ants and fleas in the overgrown grasses that you have to walk through to get on the beach. Would not stay here again.

Great location, but lacking communication

Property was as described and had a wonderful time! Only complaint was maintenance people knocking on our doors, asking to come in and inspect things with no prior communication from the owner or rental agent. I’ll let them in the first time and immediately called Ocean reef to confirm they sent them. Ocean reef says that no one was scheduled And not to let them back in. I informed my family since I was going to be off property the next day and to not let anyone in. The next day, my wife and kids were at the beach. My wife comes in by herself to grab snacks and was met by a total stranger coming down the stairs with her there alone. Says he was there to fix an emergency light. I appreciate fixing things but, we never called to have it fixed or even knew it was broken and no one certainly ever called us to let us know that someone was going to be entering the property unannounced.I would hope there would be protocol for these kind of situations. Especially this day and age with people impersonating whoever to get into residences and steal, or Lord forbid much worse.

Great house, even better location

The house was great, very clean and well kept. Check in/check out was seamless and communication in general from the property manager was spot on. But the icing on the cake is the location. The beach is literal steps off the back deck and you’re within short driving distance to all the amenities Miramar/Destin has to offer. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again.

Will stay here again!

Nice house with quick access to the beach and other popular restaurants. We had one issue with a broken washing machine. The rental company was easy to contact and quick with their response for repair.
