So glad you enjoyed your stay! It’s awesome to hear you made the most of the snorkeling right out front—it really is like having a private aquarium in your backyard. I’ll be sure to pass your "shout outs" along to Roy, as well as Godwin and Jay over at Rum Point Club. They definitely help make the North Side experience special. Also, great tip on Kirk’s grouper and hitting Chisolm’s for the essentials—local knowledge like that is great for future guests. We’d love to have you back for more fresh fish and reef exploring whenever you're ready!

Thank you for your feedback! We're so glad you enjoyed the beautiful ocean view and found the house well-stocked with everything you needed, from beach chairs to noodle floats. It's also wonderful to hear you appreciated the quiet, beautiful Rum Point. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the fire alarm and the slow response time. That is not the standard of service we aim for, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. We have since had our maintenance team inspect the fire alarm system to prevent any similar incidents in the future. Regarding the locked second bedroom and bathroom, we are truly sorry for this oversight. This was a mistake on our part, and we can only imagine the confusion and inconvenience it caused. We have put new measures in place with our cleaning and preparation crew to ensure every room is unlocked and accessible for guests who book a two-bedroom property. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention, as it helps us improve the experience for all of our guests. We are very sorry that your stay did not meet all your expectations and hope that the positive aspects still allowed you to enjoy your vacation.
