Immaculate family home just a 5 minute walk to Sand Hill Cove beach. Three bedrooms: one on main floor, two on upper floor. Perfect location to enjoy all of Point Judith, Galilee and rest of Narragansett. Ocean views from top floor. We are returning to an owner managed property following the last two seasons with a property management firm.

This was our second time here and it was wonderful. Easy access to both the beach and wonderful places to eat. The host is incredibly kind and always responsive. It's a great place to stay!

We had a great stay at Dierdre’s place. Walk to beach location is excellent for families. There’s everything you need at this place and the washer and dryer is a plus.

Wonderful home, friendly home owner and a perfect location!

My family stayed for the 4th of July week and we really enjoyed the stay. The home had plenty of space inside, some outdoor space for yard games and a large wrap around deck. Beds were very comfortable and lots of living areas to separate adults from the kids which was great. We have stayed in this area before and love the area and local amenities.

Beautiful home! Easy check-in and check-out. The home is very well kept. It had plenty of room for my two young children as well as four adults. The beautifully updated kitchen made it easy to cook and watch the kids. Incredibly enjoyable experience! We look forward to coming back again!

Great Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This house is neat, clean, and has plenty of room and all of the amenities. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and always very responsive. The house is in a prime location, walking distance to beach and restaurants. We look forward to renting again and sharing the space with friends and family next year!!

Fabulous and comfortable

The house was great! They had the home well stocked for an enjoyable week, beds were comfy and plenty of room for everyone to have some private space to relax. The owners responded to my questions in very short time, when checking in, we were welcomed with a thoughtful basket of treats! Plenty of beach chairs, toys , games and books included for our use. I almost don’t want to give this property a great review because it might not be available again for us

Perfect beach house for family and hosting

We really loved this house, it was perfect for us and our 3 kids. There was so much room for us to spread out, and also great amenities to be together. I really enjoyed the front deck for a cup of coffee, and we loved playing cornhole out there with the available set. There was also a nice reclining chair inside where I liked to sit and rest. The kitchen was also a great size and had everything we needed. The house is so close to Roger Wheeler beach, even with our small kids and all the stuff we had it only took us 5 minutes to walk. We appreciated having so many bathrooms, especially one on the ground floor where we could shower after the beach.

Excellent property, plenty of room for our family of 6! Very clean and excellent communication with the owner. It's a legitimate .4 mile walk to the closest beach, and the other state beaches are an easy drive (and about 12 per car during the week). The basement (front door) is a good landing area for coming home from the beach, perhaps not a perfect sleeping room.The owner provided 2 deluxe and 2 normal beach chairs, a beach buggy, and a canopy umbrella. The only room for improvement would be if the Smart TV's could be updated, they are a bit past their prime and had trouble loading a streaming service or two. Still, the point isn't to sit around watching TV...I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a hassle free accommodation.

This home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and everything seemed well maintained. The host was responsive and helpful. The location was close to several beaches and we used the trip to explore other towns like Newport. If the location meets your needs, this is a good place to stay!

The house was perfect; beautiful, clean, and supplied with everything we could need. The owners were great to work with and very responsive. The location can’t be beat; we loved the beach and were in easy driving distance to many sites. I hope to stay here again!

The house was spotless! Beds were comfortable, linens were fresh and clean. Hosts were on sight when or if needed. Their responses to emails were were always immediate.We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Home for a family vacation with any age kids.

We really lucked out with this house. Reserved it immediately after it was put onto VRBO for a family reunion vacation. 3 middle aged sisters and 4 kids aged 14, 17, 19 and 20. House was conveniently located to access 3 different beaches, the closest only a 5 -7 minute walk away. Restaurants and shops were also easily reached on foot. House is full of light, great front porch and 3 different hang-out areas, one of each floor so the kids could do thier own thing when they wanted. bedrooms were good size and the beds were super comfortable. They also had a small office area, which was perfect as one of the kids was doing a college summer session and could study and do Zoom classes in privacy and quiet. The owners were super attentive and lived close by so were able to help immediately when we locked ourselves out one night. Every message that I sent was responded to within minutes. Would highly highly recommend this property to anyone with kids of any ages, as the beach surf wasn't too rough and the house has great yard space. The street is a dead-end and it was very quiet at night. New appliances and kitchen with center island looked recently done. Same for the bathrooms, all seemed recently renovated. Hope to come back again next year. Also very convenient to the ferry to Block Island for day trips and we also easily did Newport for a day from the property. Easy round trip. 5 - Stars ++
