Leave your cares behind and enjoy the breathtaking views of the harbor, the Atlantic, and ferry boats making their way to and from the mainland.

Very comfortable and well-stocked house. Tucked away from the hubbub, but still a great location for walking into town. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have air conditioners available. Would definitely recommend.

A warm and welcoming cottage that appears to be recently renovated, including with high end appliances. Douglas, our host, was attentive and super responsive. My only disappointment is not with the place but previous guests. People should treat these wonderful places like their own home. Thanks Douglas for hosting our latest trip to our paradise

We had a wonderful stay at Douglas’ property. The house was exactly as described. Comfortable for our whole family which included 6 adults and 2 young children with an additional 2 Queen beds that we didn’t need to use. Well stocked clean home. Douglas was a gem and communication was top notch. A Nor’Easter blew through during our visit and he reached out with genuine concern. After multiple Ferry cancellations he said not to worry as we had to stay an extra day. The location is also perfect with easy, walkable access to town. The Beach and sites are all a short drive away. I highly recommend this property and owner without reservation. Thank you Douglas

Douglas was a very kind host who accommodated our various requests, including ensuring that the home would be ready for an earlier check-in. He is easy to reach through VRBO messaging and responds quickly. We cannot thank him enough for making the whole process so smooth!The house is charming, tidy, and comfortably slept 10 adults. There is lots of communal space to enjoy inside and out, including a spacious yard with outdoor dining and a firepit. It is also a short 10 minute walk to the main street, so it is very easy to go to and from. Overall, highly recommend this home! It is a great space for family and friends alike to get together for a cozy Block Island stay.

Fantastic stay at an amazing location

We were 3 families staying at the property. Excellent home, close to downtown and good outdoor space. Close to other homes on the property but has everything one would need. Water for showers is hot, AC was cold and kitchen was well appointed. Thanks to Doug for a fantastic stay.

This house is perfectly located and was enough space for 3 couples. My cousins, our husbands and I stayed here and had an amazing weekend. The owner of the property was more than accommodating and was easy to contact. We would highly recommend this home for your stay on Block Island.

Nice tidy property just up from downtown. Everything as advertised, great owner communication. Our kids (in their 20's) loved the spot. No need for a car!

Perfect!

We enjoyed ourselves so much! From the kindness of the owner to let us check in early (we had a 1 month old and a 2.5 year old!!) and everything you could possibly need to prepare food, to a beautiful porch for morning coffee and the closeness town and the beach, we thoroughly enjoyed every minute! We had to leave early due to my dad passing and the folks at the ferry went above and beyond to get us on the earliest ferry out. We are hoping to stay again next year. It’s paradise!
