The place was exactly as advertised, beautiful stay and view. Beds were very comfortable, the grounds were kept very clean. Contacted the host and they answered right away and got it taken care of. We come on a beach vacation every year, and sometimes never see dolphins, we seen them every single day on the beach, twice they came up right behind us in the ocean. I never had to wait longer than a minute or two on the elevators. We had a great stay!

“Tisha” was very helpful at the check-in process. The Unit was very clean and well-equipped. Owners Chase and Sherry both responded promptly to our questions, and were very helpful in our preparation for the visit. The beach view is excellent, and the pools are very clean. Tiki bartenders Cindy, Nicki and Mike are fun and expert mixologists. Jada was very helpful at the Summit entrance gate and at the beach gate. The shower water hot and cold controls are reversed, and the rainforest shower head is very refreshing. Towels, bed linens and kitchen accessories were ample and all in good condition. We didn’t watch much TV, but it has an excellent picture.

Excellent vacation

This condo was a great choice for our labor day getaway. I enjoy the convenience of the summit so much and would definitely rent this condo again!

Wonderful condo very clean, had everything we needed, wonderful access to beach, communication with property host was easy and always responded quickly! would stay here again and highly recommend if in Panama City!

Loved this condo! Recently updated with comfy beds! Owners were easy to work with and responsive to any questions we had. Definitely planning to stay here again next year!

Great place!

We had a great time! Nice clean unit, the remodeling in the condo was particularly nice, new kitchen cabinets, liked having a washer and dryer handy, you can tell the owners really care about the amenities they provide. The facilities were nice, had fun at the pool and Tiki bar!

Nice vacation spot

Condo clean and well equipped. Nice perk to have beach chairs included. Nice washer and dryer and appliances in condo.

Perfect Condo!

My husband and I had the best week staying at the condo. Beautifully decorated, great views, couldn’t have rented a better place! The owner was very nice and responsive, so easy to work with! Will look for this condo next time we decide to come to Panama City for sure!

Great

Can’t wait to stay again! Loved the condo. The Summit building has great pools/hot tubs, gyms, bar and great food. Very impressed by the amount of restrooms offered at the resort (very tidy too). Security made you feel safe.

Sun kissed

The place was loaded with what we needed and was perfect. The elevators were a problem but other than that everything was great and really clean.

Panama Baseball trip

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and had all the necessary items for a great stay. The only compliant were there was sometimes a wait for the elevators and the pools closed at 8pm during our stay rather than the original closing time of 11pm for whatever reason. The chairs and umbrella on the beach were a nice touch!!

Just to clarify… The beach was open but a couple days during your stay we had rip tides so you were not allowed in the Gulf but I’m sure you enjoyed the beach and the pools. Thank you
