3 generations on Hawaiian vacation together. This home had all we needed to enjoy our time on the island. Plenty of spaces to comfortably spend time together in the home and plenty of beach supplies to comfortably enjoy the beautiful beaches in close proximity to the home. The beds, bedding, and linens were all very nice and the kitchen well equipped for meal prep. The house was very clean and the property managers were very responsive in communication.

Brilliant Big Island Stay

I can think of no better word than PERFECT to describe this home for our stay on the Big Island. The home had more than everything we needed from the spacious rooms, lanai and beautiful pool and spa. The access to the resort amenities, especially the beach club, were amazing. We will be back.

Private Pool makes the stay!

We came with a mix of children, teenagers and adults. The house with spacious and elegant, the pool, well-maintained, and the stars incredible. We enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the pool. Adults loved the hot tub.

Lovely Kona House

Great place for midsize extended family. Safe, quiet and close to beaches, pools and groceries. It had baby/toddler gear and beach gear. We would stay again! Only drawback- 30-40 minutes from sea activities in Kona but that didn't stop us! Quick drive north to mountain hiking as well.

Yes, dreams do come true

This lovely property fit our group of grandparents, parents, and kiddos perfectly. So fun to watch our grandkids enjoy the pool and beach. Lots of room for everyone.

Family Vacation

Enjoyed options of private pool & larger community pool, shopping convenience, walking areas, & lovely golf area. Our family was able to seat all around the dining table & tv area easily. It was nice to not be located on a busy street with our young grand son. Lovely protected,sand beaches were easy driving distance for family.

The property was great! The home offered all the amenities we needed for 6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 children. We appreciated all the extras that were provided. Yes, as other reviews said the pool alarm is annoying but more to us getting used to hitting the bypass button. Thank you to Jeff and Suzanne, you made our Hawaiian vacation memorable.

The house worked well for all 10 of us… the security alarms on the doors to the pool were a little annoying but understood the need. Would have appreciated an adequate supply of toilet paper for 10 people otherwise the house was well equipped .

We apologize that you felt that the pool alarms were a nuisance during your stay, but Hawaii law requires that all homes with pools have these in place. Just like fire extinguishers and smoke detectors, these are only intended to keep our guests and their families safe. Wonderful family home

This place had everything we could hope for, a stroller, so many baby floaties, tons of sand toys, snorkel gear, beach chairs. We used the golf cart to go everywhere, the grocery store, the beach, the pool. We had a 3 and 1 year old with us and this was the perfect spot for them! We had some issues with the pool, but Kai got them fixed and it was perfect after that.

We had some issues when we first arrived. The bedding was not clean, there appeared to be pink mold in the bathroom, and the washing machine contained cleaning rags inside.We contacted the host immediately, and to their credit, the issues were addressed the next day with cleaning and fixes.However, the initial condition of the property was disappointing, and it affected our overall experience. While the host did respond, this is not a place we would choose to stay again.

Thank you for taking the time to review the home. We take great pride in the preparations that go into getting the home ready for guest arrival. The cleaners and inspectors use mandatory, extensive, checklists, so it does come as a surprise that these items were missed. We do have a team on site 365 days a year so we are happy to hear that we had a team member there to assist very quickly.

Lovely, clean & comfortable

Fantastic stay! Clean , comfortable and spacious for our family of 8! Loved the heated pool…came in handy on the cooler rainy days! Management was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. It was quite windy the day prior to our stay and as such the pool needed to be cleaned. I reached out to the management and they arrived shortly after to have a look. The pool was cleaned and ready to use the next day! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Best adult family vacation ever!

Great location, every possible thing at the home you could ask for. The community pool and gym complex was awesome, excellent snorkeling area was close by. Fully stocked home made cooking for six easy. No issue with required noisy pool alarm as they were downstairs. Golf course is right there but they can’t see in. View of the ocean was a plus. Property mgmt folks were fantastic. Very responsive and helpful. Really hard to beat!

Great House For a Large Group

This house is very spacious with a great layout for a large family. The furnishings were top-notch; the kitchen was very well-equipped for any type of cooking. It was very nice to even see toddler silverware and dishes! The community pool was available and very nice, but we really used the backyard pool and hot tub since it was so convenient. Snorkel gear was in good shape as were the boogie boards and umbrella. We encountered a few major maintenance items (leaking shower, non-functioning dryer), but they were addressed as quickly as possible.

Beautiful family home in KaMilo (Mauna Lani)

My wife and I had a week-long stay with our 3 teenagers. We lived on Oahu for 4 years and had visited the Big Island many times, but had never stayed in this part of the island-would definitely stay here again on our next trip. Home was perfect for an active family that likes that likes to cook and is large enough to accommodate more people. Bikes, golf cart and beach equipment were really nice to have, as well. We used the community workout center daily and enjoyed being a close golf cart/bike or car ride to a Black Sand beach, the Beach Club, two nice hotels, restaurants, grocery and shops. Property Managers (Burt and Kai) were really good to work with.
