Our first time at Amelia Island, and this property did not disappoint. Michelle was very communicative, the apartment was beautifully maintained, with an awesome view! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a getaway to one of Florida’s hidden gems!

Great place overall! We had a small issue upon check in, but Michelle was very responsive and resolved it quickly and kindly. Easy walk to the beach, pool, and tennis courts and 4 min from the grocery store and local restaurants. Would recommend to anyone for a couples stay!

We loved our stay!!! Other guess/residents were very helpful and nice!! The beach was great not too crowded. The view from the room was awesome!!! Will definitely book again. Michelle our host was very helpful and friendly. The location is great!! Most restaurants and shopping aren't far away.

Michelle was very responsive to my questions prior to the trip, and gave great institutions for accessing the condo and amenities. The condo was lovely. Very clean! We enjoyed ourselves very much!

We love Surf and Racquet resort on Amelia Island. We stay here often. Love the area, the beaches, the restaurants, all of it. Would stay here again.

Great Condo!

Stayed here with my 10 year old daughter. We had a blast! Condo was exactly as listed on the 7 floor with great views of the ocean from every room! Will definitely stay again if we get back to the Island and is available!

We stayed in this wonderful property for my wife’s birthday. The unit was everything we needed…updated, clean, comfortably furnished, well-equipped…and the views of the ocean were exactly what we look for in a beach rental…spent lots of time on the balcony enjoying the views and relaxing to the wonderful sound of those waves. The host was great in her communication and responsive to our questions. Perfect for a couples getaway!!!
