Loved this place! Removed enough from the heart of downtown but still totally walkable. Such a comfy bed and the water pressure was excellent! Stacy was so helpful and check in and out was so easy.

This is a well-kept property that is walking distance to old town and across from the walking path that goes along the Poudre River. It was clean and well stocked with all the essentials. There are a few things I would recommend older couples like us consider; there are lots of stairs to climb to get to the property which makes carrying up luggage and groceries a chore; the bedrooms are on the bottom floor and the kitchen is on the next level up so more stairs; and be prepared for early morning and late-night traffic noise. There is plenty of parking available and the beds were extremely comfortable. It is a beautiful home. Stacy was kind enough to allow us into the property about an hour early from the regular check-in hour. We appreciate her consideration in that we had been traveling 12 hours. I would recommend this property for its comfort and location to great amenities offered in Ft. Collins.

Exceptional location and unique amenities. Kitchen was superbly stocked with every conceivable cooking utensil. We cooked most of our meals at the unit. Very enjoyable stay!

Unit is exactly as described. Very close to downtown, nice amenities and very light and bright. Stacy made check in and out very simple and answered questions while we were there. If you plan to watch TV (either in the bedroom or living room) you’ll need streaming (YouTube TV, other streaming apps).

Great place in an excellent location

Very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood but an easy walk to Old Town with all it's wonderful shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location

The condo is within easy walking distance of historic downtown with its plethora of shops and restaurants. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Beautiful, cozy and quiet area…

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a cozy and quiet place and very close to all of the fun things to do in downtown Fort Collins. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Fort Collins again.

Great place for a girl’s getaway

Great place for a girls getaway. Lots to do in the surrounding area. Very nice, clean, beautifully decorated home. Loved the rooftop patio.
